Upon contacting them to come to my home to provide me with an estimate. It was them that told me the time and date that was best for them (10:30am/08/12/16). They did not show up! They never answered their phone until about 2:00pm in the afternoon. They had instructed me when sitting-up the appointment, to email them the issue/problem, along with pictures. I complied!
They proceeded to hang-up on me twice. On the second call they claimed that they were in a hi-rise building and the reception was bad. Then they went on to say that they never received my email: first of all, they didn't provided me with an email address, they gave me their website address. I found their email address when I went to the Revdex.com. When I addressed the fact that they made the appointment, and that it really didn't make a difference if they received my email ([redacted].com) or not, they still didn't show up for the appointment. At that point, they hung-up on me again. They never made any attempt to call me back!
To that end, I feel Majestic Construction and Remodeling's response to me bordered on pure racism! I will never do business with them, and I wouldn't recommend anyone else to do business with them!

I hired Majestic Construction to install all the drywall and kitchen cabinets in our basement after a recent flood. Ricardo came out and gave an estimate and was able to start work immediately. They completed the project in less than a week and they even worked with me when I added to the scope of work. Ricardo is very professional and knowledgable, I would definitely hire Majestic Construction again.

This explanation is reaponding the complain given to our company Majestic Construction and Remideling We always treat our clients with respect loyalty , Mrs. [redacted] hire us to sand the hardwood floor of her house , since day one that we arrive the floor was soak in pets urine , we recommended...

we clearly befoforw performing any work we specifically told her that Majestic Construction was not responsible for the stain marks she previously had that the only two option that we gave her was to install new floor due to fact that it was really damage or to stain it in darker color because a lighter color was going to make all the stains visible and also the House was really humid , we always give examples and costumer so the costumer is able to look the floor exactly how is going to look at the end , and she didn’t want to follow our recommendations , the upstairs hardwood floor was great due to the fact that the hardwood floor didn’t have a lot of stains like in the first floor and also the stairs. She was really happy with the floor I can not comprehend why she has change her mind. We serve everyone equality , like I specified in the beginning costumer are our priority , but in this time the floor was damage before the work was started and the costumer knew that since day one.
