In Majestic Construction ( [redacted] replaced my shingled roof They guaranteed their work for ten years After a recent rain in November 2015, my ceiling began leaking Water soaked my attic and wall insulation and ruined ceiling and wall sheetrock I attempted to contact [redacted] about this several times, but could not reach him I left messages and he would not return the call After four days, I hired someone else to make repairs They pulled the wet sheetrock off, exposing rotted wood and mold This extensive damage had been caused over a period of many years The shingles and soffit was pilled away to expose more rotted decking and boards along with squirrel and bird nests I firmly believe the damages were a result of poor and improper repairs made by [redacted] and his company Him not returning my calls clearly indicated that he does not stand behind his work and honor his guarantees
