Response:The info the customer provided was mostly correctThe delay was caused by her extended warrantee companyWe are waiting for approval for the repairSoon as the approval comes to us we will be out to repair the range

talking about a n AC unit not a range. You did not even call us to see what was the problem, and had to go to another company and pay $1909.46 to diagnose and get parts from [redacted] and labor. This could have been resolved in June if you just cam e out  to see the ac unit . Same problem as last year when installed. I have written to [redacted] and [redacted] about this terrible representation of [redacted]
