Wednesday, January 14, Dear Ms [redacted] , I am responding to a complaint (Majestic Giants ID [redacted] ) filed by Mrs [redacted] came by to visit our mommy and daddy bulldogs I gave her a tour of both puppy rooms and we discussed the terms of my contractShe explained all the details of the contract to her husband including the total adoption price with taxAfter they discussed things for a little while they decided to place a deposit on third pick of our next English Bulldog litterI explained that grade had an ultrasound scheduled for 12/26/and that they were more then welcome to come! I received the most wonderful puppy from *** at Majestic GiantsMy beautiful puppy has become an amazing companion and great friend :) I would highly recommend Majestic Giants to anyone looking for a Great Dane !!
I purchased my very first Giant breed from Majestic Giants (Saint Bernard puppy)They were informative and attentive to all my questions and concernsThey kept me involved in the whole pregnancy process and I received a text with pictures of my bundle of joy as soon as she was born (7-17-at 4am)I felt as if I was having a baby :)
The whole experience was amazingI have purchased a companion before from other breeders and the experience was no where as welcoming as majestic GiantsI reside in *** Georgia and drove the whole way to *** Kentucky for a Majestic Giant - this alone speaks for itself (no I was not already taking a trip lol)The moment I met my healthy teddy bear I fell in loveMajestic Giant provided me with a care kit including instructions and how to communicate with your growing pup tipsMy family was excited when I returned with our new bundle of joy and I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a pure, healthy, and loving companion AKC registered (so you know they are pure breeds) to go with Majestic Giants as it will be a majestic experienceMy baby Saint Bernard girl has been examined by a vet and is very healthy, she is very smart and easy to house break as she has not made any mistakes in the house since I returned home with herShe is currently weighing healthy pounds at months of age I am an overly satisfied customer
[redacted] and Co were great with my girlfriend and I purchasing our first puppy together. They made our experience a positive one and our Great Dane Is nearly a year old and she is a fantastic dog. We still bring our Great Dane back to visit [redacted] and all the great dogs on the property periodically!

I don't think any of their options to help solve this issue was anything fair to both parties. It was only fair to them. I don't want to wait years to receive a puppy. Their dog isn't pregnant and like I said before who knows if it will be able to get pregnant again. Since their was no puppies, really makes any agreement made between parties voided. Also like stated before no contract was presented to me or signed. Therefore not having an agreement signed about a non refundable deposit. I deserve my money back. But if not people need to be aware of this scam.

Our recent purchase of a Great Dane pup was nothing other than exciting and rewarding as the breeder was exceptionally helpful.....she is top notch and went the extra mile to answer our questions both before the purchase and afterwards. She has a thorough and in-depth knowledge and understanding of this breed of dog. She was very professional as well as easy to work with. Melody cares greatly and is very compassionate about the pups! Loved working with her!!!
