We just received the pos system however it missing the screen for the customer to see the price and his order and also we try to call to get the password for the system so we can access it and no answer so please send me the pass word and the missing part

 There response is a insult.!!  The system has never been fully setup and running and they...

have just lied and lied throughout this order. We still have not received the ( 5 IPADS ) and many items are still in there box because they requested that the software to be fully programmed before they are installed. such as the kitchen printer and bump bar as well as the back office scanner NOTE: As to their warranty, Let it be known that they said the warranty would be in  afect for 60 Days after the system was up and running. the system is not up and running and  we still do not have all the items we paid for

truthfully. There is no litigation pending that I've been made aware of and I have not started any yet. He must, first actually return my calls and explain why his invoice for my POS system claims I have paid $600.00 for Software Licensing that is not same software that is loaded on my system. He never explained anything nor did he ever give me a registration key code to register it. I'm going to try and attach the invoice here to show that I was supposed to have a different software than what is loaded on my system...What I have is PCAmerica Cash Register Express software. I can't get help from PCAmerica because my invoice doesn't reflect that I bought it. Looks like Ive been bait n switched.

wise I wan my money back. Also I have not got any email from the company asking me question... Iam the one who send the emails to find out anything about the pos system and I got no responded So if u have them send them
