First let us say our customers are very important to us and our goal is always to make them 100% satisfiedThe majority of our clientele comes from referralsHad Ms*** communicated issues at any time prior to us calling about past due invoices the response and action would have been dramatically differentWe billed Ms*** the beginning of April for March services she read the invoice per the email confirmation she never called or paidWe completed April’s services and billed her the beginning of May, which she read and again never called or paidIt was not until we contacted her regarding the past due balance that she mentioned issuesShe even claimed to have had a money order for March $for over weeks to give to our workerShe was given yet another opportunity to pay the past due being told the current charges were irrelevant, not her! We have spoken to Ms***’s HOA ###-###-#### and confirmed there are no requirements to lock gateWe have performed the following services without any attempt of payment from Ms***- Mowed and edged lawn, trimmed palm tree and shrubs shaped (Bougainvillea, Texas Ranger, Lantanna, removed weeds, removed dead tree north of palm tree in front yard, shaped Oleander, Shaped citrus tree, applied weed control chemical in front and back and raked rockWe have been to Ms***’s property times At this time the past due balance due is $we are willing to accept the $as full and complete payment and suggest Ms*** fine another Landscape Company to service her property

I contacted this company on March 6th, looking to start landscaping service for my propertyI expressed how I needed someone to come out and start service before March 13th, due to HOA violationsIt is in my HOA violations that property gates MUST be kept locked always, I expressed to the company that my gate will only be open when I am contacted or a worker knocked on my door to let me know they were thereI also have a pool maintenance that comes to my property on Mondays, and they follow the same procedureThey contact me and/or knock on my door/doorbell when arrival so gate will be openedIt was agreed that there would be a BIWEEKLY landscaping maintenance of the front and backyard; including the following duties: (which is also listed on their website- copy of webpage forwarded to Revdex.com) “Tiff & Burmuda Grass Mowing, Edging, Shrub & Tree Trimming, Weed Removal, Granite Raking, Sprinkler Maintenance, Blowing, and More…”Agreed that for first scheduled visits, would be $and would drop to the rate of $for the fourth scheduled visit and so forth

called customer 5-5-17 for past due balance.Customer made very 1st complaint about April 7th  on 5-5-17, customer confirmed initial cleanup was fine.Worker confirmed was there 4-7 and 4-21 gate locked GPS confirms was there front yard completed both timesWorker arrived again 5-5-17 gate locked GPS confirms, completed front yard.We called customer back offered benefit of doubt cut April bill in half, still refused to pay any portionOwner called customer was told current charges irrelevant past due needed paid immediately or would send to collection.Owner agreed to $130.00 past due for March, $35.00 for April, $35.00 for May and to terminated service.Recorded call customer admits to seeing worker every time, asked why not unlock gate, customer says waited for worker to come to door.Customer Hung up on owner, owner sent new invoice reflected lower amts.Customer calls office to complain about owner, still refuses to pay.Husband calls is advised of new amt., says thank youCustomer proceeds to file false and incomplete reviews online and with Revdex.comCustomer still has not paid a pennyCustomer was going to be fined by HOA, no longer an issue, yards look completely different then prior to start of service.Customer should have communication issues if any from beginning allowing us to try and resolve not waiting 30+ days after she is asked about past due balance.
