We reject the business's response. We have in no way indicated satisfaction with the landscaping performedWe are talking about Landscaping that consisted of “plants, like sod and grass seed that do take a little time to growThe excuses for constant delays are not qualified with any factsWe did not have “constant weather” hindering this project, and at the most had 7-days out the quarter of a year delay. We are very dissatisfied with the results of the landscaping work done on our property. A majority of this work was for ground/soil preparation and amendment, with grass being planted subsequently to thatThe Sod portion was installed poorly, by simply laying the sod over the ground, without any concern for it overlapping the metal edging or being rolled, thus leaving it susceptible to disease and dying. The ground/soil prep and seeding of the back yard portion is completely and in whole, unsatisfactory. Out of courtesy, we have recent again contacted James D*** regarding this and attempted to arrange a time to where we could discuss and he could see what we are referring to himself. He agreed to a day (11-4-2017, Saturday-anytime-all day)Well just with all of our past appointments we have had with him, he was also a complete no show for this as well. No call, no reasons, just his usual no show. We are going to pursue a demand that this ground area and seeding be fixed and to performed to be what was agreed toI can supply many more photos of the, almost ridiculous poor workmanship work performed and left at our propertyIf a resolution cannot be made via processes within this Revdex.com complaint, we will be seeking restitution for the amount and cost for another landscaping service to repair and correct the extreme poor workmanship left at our property (to do it right). occurred during the time span of the  of the [redacted] project . I want to thank the [redacted] for being understanding and for allowing us to complete and deliver their project to their satisfaction, this project was completed on August 1st and final payment was received. Once again I thank the [redacted] for the opportunity and I am comfortable knowing both sides were happy with the outcome of this project.
