Timmons properties manages the community that I live in, and as a home owner that has been a member of other HOAs in the past, Timmons is by far the worst property management company that I have ever dealt with! They are horrible at returning calls and emails, fixing things covered by the charter, and repairing damage done by their hired contractorsTheir tactics are: avoiding communication, shifting responsibility to the homeowner, and mismanaging contracted services without accountabilityIf you come across a property managed by Timmons, don't walk away...RUN away!
Worst management company ever Our community has had four property managers in one year This company doesn't realize that the community is paying them, not the people on the Board They waste HOA monies on attorney fees when the accusation of a resident is false They also will turn a resident over to an attorney for speaking the truth They pay monies out to Board members for mileage and purchases with no valid receipt, They only put in the Board meeting minutes, what the property manager wants to, most major items or points are left out This company also makes sure their contract does not leave them liable for anything, they can do what they want and not be blamed
Living in communities with HOA's I have found there are varying degrees of competence. However, I have found Timmons Properties to be outstanding. Our representative, Lori Dalton is the BEST!!!
