[redacted], represent [redacted] in regard to the August 28, 2013 Revdex.com Complaint ID

On September 4, 2013, Attorney [redacted] called the Revdex.com, but was

disconnected by the ineffective automated menu, after having dialed "4" as directed in

order to speak with an operator.

In response to the content 01 the above ~ referenced complaint, please be

advised that the Complainant is a valued customer and thai Mr. [redacted] "[redacted]" [redacted]

regrets 10 hear of his negative experience. As you know, historically, Mr. [redacted] has owned

and operated Majestic Limousine, LLC.

However, on the July 16th date referenced in the above complaint, Mr. [redacted] was

not operating Majestic Limousine. Rather, since about May 20, 2013, Majestic

Limousine has been leased to a third party operator who, at the present lime, may be in

default under the Lease Agreement. Said Lessee has, however, recently agreed to

surrender Majestic Limousine back to Mr. [redacted] on or about September 8, 2013.

Again, Mr. [redacted] regrets sincerely the unfortunate incident that occurred on the

watch of the Lessee, and assures the Revdex.com and Complainant that the July 16th incident

is being addressed with the Lessee, by copy of this letter. Mr. [redacted] urges the

Complainant to contact him directly for any limousine or car service needs, on or after

September 8, 2013, at [redacted] , at least until the surrender of

Majestic Limousine has been completed and Mr. [redacted] has resumed control.

Please thank the Complainant. on behalf of Mr. [redacted], for his loyalty and exclusive

use of Majestic Limousine. The Complainant is a valued customer, and Mr. [redacted] thanks

him for his patience during this transitional time.

I liked the service of Majestic Limousine. It was the best limo ride I had. I have riden in other limo company limos before and I like Majestic Limousine the best in Milwaukee. I recommend this limo company to everyone that needs a limo ride in or around the Milwaukee to Green Bay area.
