Majestic Lube USA

My husband has been taking my pickup to Majestic Lube to get it serviced. I would be upset with him when he did because they didn't grease my u joints and I ended up having to replace them and was told that they were bone dry and had not been greased for some time. Last week my husband went to Jiffy Lube like I have asked and when they went to check the transfer case fluid the found that the plug had been stripped. The took my husband underneath and showed him. If the plug was stripped, how was Majestic checking the fluid? Each of my receipts said the fluid levels were checked and were full . I went to Majestic and spoke with the manager. He was very rude and down right nasty to me and kicked me out. I took the pickup back to Jiffy Lube where the worked on it long enough to get the plug out. Low and behold. Bone dry. The people at Jiffy lube made every thing right as I thought Majestic should have done.If you want good service then Jiffy Lube is the place. Other wise, take your chances going to Majestic, but be sure to check all you fluids and fittings afterwards.
