Response to the complaint on 5/26/2015 by [redacted]. Mrs. [redacted] was not present when the service was being performed. Her daughter of about 14 years old and Mr. [redacted] were told that the gel nail would last longer on the girl’s finger nails but they would put regular polish on her...
toes. They were told that the finger nails were dry but she would need to be careful of her toes for at least 30 minutes. When she returned with her mother and father, they wanted it all removed and their money back for product and service that they were told would last. There was nothing wrong with the finger nails just a messed up toe nail that I advised could be fixed in just a few minutes. No this was not satisfactory with the mother and she kept asking to have it all removed and her money back. I saw no reason that this sell should be lost because Mrs. [redacted] would not listen to the solution. As we all know, that miss communication is the leading reason for disputes. I am very sorry that Mrs. [redacted] found it to be more than that, and needed to vent her frustrations to the Revdex.com. As far as the cost, this is the standard for most nail salons. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.
This business is lying. They keep going back and forth saying it was gel polish, then normal polish. I am including a link to their [redacted] page which shows our communication as well as the video of me asking for the refund. [redacted]. I was not present when my daughter got the nails done, but that change the fact they are lying. Her feet were done first, before they did the hands. This would've given them more than 30 minutes for the "normal" nail polish to dry. Then the additional time to drive home and discover the messed up nail that was smushed in and on her toe and shoe. I have attached a recording of [redacted] herself quoting me prices for regular polish...$10 and of the gel nails...$20. My receipt shows $40 alone and $3 for tip. $20 for hands and $20 for feet, both gel nails, otherwise it would've only been $20 for hands and $10 for feet. Again, clearly lying. Please ask the business to submit their in store video recording, which will show the truth of everything
