I hired majestic pool and plaster in may Their work and service was professional and efficient Initially, against Majestic pool and plaster suggestion , I selected the least expensive option for resurfacing However within a short period the surface turned gray I contacted Majestic to reassess the situation To their credit, Majestic not only proposed to resurface the pool for free but also offered to provide a more durable plaster at a substantial discountI chose the latterMajestic Pooland plaster scheduled a convenient time to resurface the pool and did so I would highly recommend Majestic Pool and plaster They are professional, efficient and they stand behind their work

This company did a plaster and tile job to my XXXXX gal poolThe pool has grout problems, cracks and delamination of plasterThe company first plastered and installed tile in May The plastering job was done so poorly that the company had to completely redo the plaster in Oct I was generous, and agreed to let them wait until after summer to redo the job, but waiting cost us a whole summer use of our poolThey also refused to redo the spa and now I have a very rough plaster in the spa withcracksHaving to drain and refill the pool and start up cost was another $expense to meThe company also damaged "heavily chemically etched" a sidewalk leading to the pool and got plaster on the brick on the side of the houseThe company plastered the pool again in Oct I let the company know by email in April that the tile grout needed to be repaired in places and that there are hollow places in the new plasterthey refused to fix it

I cannot write enough POSITIVE words about this company and ***!! I called pool companies when it was time to resurface my poolAll Revdex.com accreditedOne never showed up nor provided a quoteTwo others "winged"it and eventually provided quotes, in one case after Majestic was finished with my pool! Majestic was by far the most professional! Called me back almost immediately, set an appointment, showed up on time and discussed many options with me*** then promptly sent me a quote and included references and insurance informationNO one else provided this information until I asked! This was the first time I had done anything like this so I had LOTS of questionsThey were patient with me, answered all my questions and reassured me that this was going to go wellIn the end, I have a beautifully refinished pool, spa, coping and new stone retaining wall and water fall! The work was done promptly, as promised, on time and within budget!!!
I highly recommend this company!!!

I am not sure yet if Majestic is at fault but since I can't get them to come out and look at the issue, I wont know until I have someone else determine why water spews out my spa when the air pump is turned on only However the overall experience with this company has not been good Step tiles were left out, said they could come back after the plaster sets and chip it out to install tiles...decided not to risk that based on others experiences trying such No discount offered for that mess up Wire from their brush is still stuck in the bottom of my pool Too deep to brush out would require chipping and replaster, again decided against that, again no compenstation offered for the mistake Paid $for sealing the flagstone around the pool Realized afterwards they used a very cheap sealant, will have to redo it myself with the proper sealant So overall this company is not one I could recommend
