These guys did a great job with the new tile and white coat on our existing swimming pool! I would have liked a little more communication around the scheduling of things but the end result is beautifulTotally worth the money and we can't wait to enjoy it

Majestic Pools LLC has been in contact with Mr*** and we have confirmed that we will be at his residence next week to fix the linerWe explained that we were booked up through Labor Day and that is why we could not return to his residence as promptly as we would have liked toWe will repair

I was able to reach the company by phone and was advised that [redacted] is the one who handles these issues and should have already contacted us. As of this writing, I have not received such a call, despite having spoken to the company two days ago.It is my intention to keep the complaint open until such time as the company calls and schedules the repairs and the repairs are made.

These guys did a great job with the new tile and white coat on our existing swimming pool! I would have liked a little more communication around the scheduling of things but the end result is beautiful. Totally worth the money and we can't wait to enjoy it.

Review: We signed a contract for Majestic pools to install a new vinyl liner and lines in our pool at our house in [redacted]. They completed the installation in June of 2015 and initially we had no issues with their work. About three weeks ago we noticed that the liner was starting to sag in a couple locations, namely the end and a corner. They have now progressed to about 3-4" of drop on the liner to the point that water is now getting behind them. We have contacted the company on multiple occasions asking them to come fix it. They eventually sent someone out who looked at the condition and said that he wasn't able to do it, but he would have one of the crews that was going to be in the area come address it. That was several weeks ago and we still haven't seen them.

We have tried no less than 10 times between my wife and myself to contact the company over the last week. It has become very obvious that they are screening our calls- I called multiple times one day from my number, going to VM after two rings. Immediately following one of my attempts, my wife called from her number and they answered. Now they are not answering hers or my number. We have managed to speak to them once in the last several days and my wife was told they would return her call with a time when someone would be out to service the pool. They have not called back and despite multiple additional attempts to contact them, they have not answered or returned our phone call.

Between the liner and water to refill the pool we have close to $9000 invested.Desired Settlement: We want to have them answer our calls, return phone calls and schedule their crew to come fix the pool. Ultimately getting the pool fixed is the top priority.
