***Your deposit was sent out within days from the time I received your forwarding addressIt is stated in the lease that you must provide us with an address in order for us to return a depositWe make it easy because we accept emails.Your mother did an acceptable job cleaning your apartment and I did not need to deduct any funds for cleaningI did deduct for no return of keys and a new missing air conditioning unit.If you remember I ran into you prior to sending out the depositAt that time I informed you that there were no keys left in the apartment and the AC unit was missingYou told me that you would check with your roommate and you would get back to me.The fact is I did not hear from you within the time allotted for us to return your deposit so I sent out the funds less the itemized deductions.Maybe your roommate inadvertently took the keys and forgot to leave them behind and maybe she took the AC unit thinking it was her'sI do not know for sure.I do know there were no keys left behind and the air conditioner was missing so I am sorry to say but I had to hold you responsible RegardsStephen F*Majestic Properties

[redacted]  of Majestic Properties Inc., is the worst landlord I have ever had the displeasure of renting from in Clifton (and that is saying something because all Clifton Landlords are awful money-hungry is)When looking at another property from this man, he led me to believe I was able to rent it by putting in my $depositI called him at least times about delivering my deposit and he never respondedFinally, I called him from a different phone number and lone and behold - he answeredGo figureHe went with a different tenant after pledging the apartment would be mineShould have known from this experience that this guy was a jokeHe had another apartment available in a great location for a UC student and I jumped at the opportunityUpon signing the lease, he promised that our doorbell system would be fixed by the end of the monthGuess what? It's been months and he still has not fixed our doorbell systemI have missed MULTIPLE packages due to this inconvenience and Mr [redacted] seems to think it's no big deal at all*** provided our apartment-building with only TWO trashcansThe city notified us multiple times that if we did not get the proper trashcans, they were going to fine the owner of the property (and I really wish it would have gotten to that)It only took him about a month to get the new trashcansAside from this, our microwave brokeI asked [redacted] to send someone to fix it, that only took about a month to have completedOur garbage disposal has been broken for almost months now and he has done nothing to fix that eitherThe worst experience I have had with this dreadful man is when he claimed to have "never received my rent check for December." Which was funny and odd because I send the rent check to the same address every single timeHere's the kicker, he did receive my December rent but never informed me that he did, I sent another check (granted I should have cancelled the first one, my fault on that) and found out days later that [redacted] decided to go ahead an cash both checks at the same timeWhen I asked [redacted] about this, he acted like he had no ideaYeah freaking rightHe is a schemerI was overdrafted $and $overdraft fee to which he had no remorseThis man is the worstTo make matters worseI sent him another check two weeks ago for our rent, and he claimed again that he never received itWhen I voiced my concerns over what happened last time he claimed to never receive our check, he threatened me with an evictionHe's a real piece of work [redacted] is an awful landlord with little to no respect for his tenantsI do not recommend ANYONE renting with him or his scam of a companyThe only time you will hear from him is when rent is due, other than that he will tell you "i'm out of town, sorry" or he simply won't respondThis man is THE WORST landlord I have ever even heard of and I would hate for someone else to make the same mistake I didNot to mention the $a month I am paying (only including water, nothing else) is about $more than what this apartment is worthHe should know better than to "show" my apartment while I am here because I would gladly tell the interested buyer the GIGANTIC mistake they are about to makeDo not rent with Majestic Properties in Cincinnati and DEFINITELY don't rent from a man named [redacted]
