My complaint is from a free trial that was advertised on Facebook. There was no time frame gitime given for a free trial.
December 31 my account was debited of $179.93 without my knowledge.
I called and they said that I had checked a box for payment after 14 days. There is a place for a check mark on the Website but not on the advertisement on Facebook. Two different things.

All customers are required to check a box prior to order submission indicating that they have read, understand and agree to the Terms and Conditions of the trial offer. No order can be submitted or successful unless the customer checks this box and selects to submit the order.We did not receive any such cancellation request for these trials within the trial period; and consequently (***) was charged for the product received . Furthermore, as stated in the previously mentioned terms and conditions, after the 14 day trial period, all sales are final.
In response to this inquiry we will follow up with the customer to ensure that a resolution within our company policies is made.

Charges for product never received
I originally signed up for a free trial and was to pay the shipping fee, which I did. I never received the product and had issues with the order from the beginning. When I spoke with Makenize at Majestic Slim, she tried to tell me that I did not cancel in time, and therefore would be charged 89.97. When I told her that I took a screen shot of the order that was placed and canceled, and that I didnot authorize this charge, she said she would get a manager to see what could be done. Now I sit and wait for my refund. I have a strong feeling this is a scam, and I will contact my bank to but a stop on all future attempts to debit my account.

Refund of 89.97 and no future charges to my account, EVER!

Shipped 2 bottles of different pills. No packing slip or shipping invoice nothing to contact them in any shape or form to cancel.
Had to call had to call the bank to get the company's phone number to cancel which was not clear when to do so. Thought it be after I receive the product which took a week to get in the first place.

I want a refund for both bottles. It's a shame that customer service would explain the policy after the fact that they got my money not when I was purchasing it.

Ordered supply of fors and coffee. Each for under $5, 13 days later billed for a few cents under $90.
I ordered Regak Forskolin and Green Coffee appx July 6. I received 60 each of Regal Forskolin and Regal Green Coffee quickly. I did not open the packaging because I expected to have a problem. Sure enough 13 days later two debits to my account for appx $90 each. On July 30, 2018 I called customer service told them my problem and they gave me two RMA,s . I carefully packaged them and sent them to Florida. Today I find that they were sending them back to me because the address was wrong. Oddly enough the P.O. box numbers match the ones provided by the Revdex.com.

Desired Outcome

Easy, First of all, I want the correct mailing address where I can send the stuff back. I want a refund of $4.97; $4.96; $89.96; $89.97; and $10.85 for postage since I was given the wrong address, totaling $200.79.

The charges have not gone through and they will not camel the charges to my debit card. Then the customer service representative was not helpful.
I order there trial and I contacted them so that they wouldn't charge the 90 dollars each for a shipment of full bottles of the two trials that I got. I purchases using my debit card. I called them on Wednesday May 2, I tried to get them to cancel since the payment hadn't gone through yet and it wasn't going to hurt anything. Yet all the customer service representative was trying to do was ask of I wanted diss counts for future purchases not the one that I am trying to get canceled. It's like the company just wants my money instead of trying to help me with this situation. I just want my money and not there product.

I just want them to give me the money that are charging me for. That's all I want because I don't want there product.

We did not receive any such cancellation request for these trials within the trial period; and consequently, *** was charged for the watches received. Once the fax is processed we will provide further correspondence to the customer in hopes to resolve any questions or concerns.

There response is a a little confusing she mentions a fax and watches and just need a little more than that because it isn't not a clear response in my opinion.

The product did not work. I was charged 89.96 for 2 different product. Tried to get a refund and was refunded 60.00 and 59.98 for the other product.
The weight loss product did not work. I called on 02/10/2018 to get a refund as was told all I can get back is 60.00 and 59.98 for each product. I paid 89.98 each product. The payment was by debit card. Refund tracking number was XXXXXX.

Desired Outcome

I am looking for a full refund. They cannot take the money when the product did not work.

We appreciate the opportunity to address this matter, as customer satisfaction is our top priority. ***, placed an online order on 01/18/2018 for a trial period of our product, Regal Coffee and Regal Forskolin. All customers are required to check a box prior to order submission indicating that they have read, understand and agree to the Terms and Conditions of the trial offer. No order can be submitted or successful unless the customer checks this box and selects to submit the order.

We do send a 30 day supply to the customer to be examined within the allotted trial period of 14 days from the date of order, as specified by our terms and conditions. Our terms state that if no cancellation is requested to our Customer Service department prior to the trial expiration date, the customer will incur the charge for the product sent initially, and will be charged every 30 days from initial order date and sent another 30 day supply until canceled.

We state, in our terms and conditions, that we offer a generous 30-day money back guarantee on all unopened merchandise. We simply request that the customer contact Customer Service to obtain return instructions as well as a Return Merchandise Authorization number, which needs to be clearly printed on the return packaging. This RMA number enables our fulfillment center to identify the returning customer, and assists in posting a speedy credit to the customer's account.

We did not receive any such cancellation request for Regal Coffee and Regal Forskolin within the trial period; and consequently *** was charged for the Regal Coffee and Regal Forskolin received per the terms of the offer agreed to. On 02/10/2018, the customer contacted Customer Service to cancel the subscription. As of 02/10/2018, we have issued a partial refund total in the amount of $119.98 as agreed to between the customer and the Customer Service agent.

Bought a one time 2 week free trial and they took $180 out of my account the next month with no warning or notice this would happen after the trial.
I purchased a free trial for no charge except shipping. At no point did it say I would be charged after that. Then, they took $180 out of my account and when I called they said it was for the "free" trial and I would have to send them back sealed for a refund for products I never even received.

All I want is all the money back they charged me plus m the shipping I paid for the "free trial"

Our terms do state that if the customer wishes to discontinue with either product that they contact us either via email or phone to cancel within their trial period.
We received a call post billing 12/02/2017 where the customer requested to cancel all future billings. As a courtesy, also on 12/02/2017 the customer was refunded the amount of $89.96 and and $89.97. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refunds to process. If the customer does not see the refunds within the allotted time frame please fax a copy of the bank statement to X-XXX-XXX-XXXX. If further correspondence is needed we will reach out to the customer as necessary.
We do hope that this credit does satisfy this complaint and please let us know if there is anything further that we can assist with.

I ordered a trail supplement, which I did not receive and the charged two additional amounts. Only 70% of charges will be reimbursed. Scam
I ordered the trail supplement and was charged for the postage. I did not receive the product. Approximately 18 days later I was charged two charges, a total of $179.93. When I contacted the company to get a refund, I was told that they would refund 70% of the charge. I had to repeat myself 3 times I did not want this product and to cancel my order. I was told that $120.00 would be reimbursed. This to me is wrong as I did not authorized these two charges. I want a complete refund of $179.93.

I want a complete refund of $179.93. That is what was charged. 70% refund is not exceptable. I was not told of the automatic charge until today when I called. I want my money back. Period.

On 11/13/2017 we received a call from the customer to request cancellation of future billings/shipments. At this time *** accepted a partial refund in the amount of $120.00 total to keep the ordered items. As a courtesy, as of 11/29/2017 we have issued a remaining refund amount of $59.93. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect on the method of payment.
We do hope that this resolve satisfies this complaint and please let us know if there is anything further that we can assist with.

Two Majestic products were ordered and charged for. A call to customer service to request cancellation and refund was met with hard sales tactics trying to get us to accept a discount on future orders. It was made very clear that we didn't want discount and wanted a full refund. Only partial refund was given and when we called to request the balance of the refund, they lied and said we I had agreed to a partial refund and the acct was now closed. Both operator Kevone and Supervisor Jason were rude...

Would like a full refund of my money.
I bought two bottles of their trial diet pills, that the ad said were $4.97 a bottle. I was charged $90 for each one. I am awaiting a refund for the second bottle as I called on 10/19 to cancel, but they refuse to refund me for the first bottle.

I would like a full or partial refund of the first $90. A company should do all it can to please its clients in order to make people feel more secure in using their product. This just gives them a bad reputation.

I had ordered from majestic slim. I was told that I had 18 days to cancel, or I would have an $89.99 charge, and it would be reoccurring. I didn't get a phone number to call, just an email address. I emailed them, in about 5 days, on 10/05/17, to cancel, as to not get the $89.99 charge. I received an email beck in about 10 minutes, stating there would be no additional charges to my account. 2 weeks later, on 10/19/17, I got a charge for $89.99. on the email they had sent me, it included a phone number. I called it. they had no record of my cancellation. I read them my email, got a supervisor on the line, and their reply was, "Nothing is free." it was a FREE trial, pay shipping only. After the trial, if you didn't cancel in time, you got a charge. I cancelled in plenty of time, and still got a charge, because "Nothing is free". This company does not do what they say they do, and take your money, any way they can get it. I will never use them, and I will make sure everyone I know, hears how they treat customers, so they will not use them. I hope they go out of business!!!
