of taking advantage of herWe have been in business for almost years and this is the first time we have had a complaint like thisHere is the procedure we follow: 1- When you call to inquire about a rate or book a tripWe do not consider a "round trip" as one tripYou were quoted a price of $upon completion of your one way booking and then dispatcher took your return information2- We sent out two separate email confirmations with the total amount listed on each oneWe have logs on this, if needed(Both confirmations listed your trip details and the total charge for that individual trip)We also called to confirm each trip day before the tripWe were not questioned at any point before the trips were completedI feel that the client misunderstood the quote and this situation could have been avoided if she called us after receiving those email confirmations with charges listed on each oneAt that point, we could have cancelled her return trip if she wantedWe delivered each part of the trip in its entirety as promised and this how we have been quoting and booking trips since we started this businessWe have no intentions of taking advantage or hiding anything from our clientsWe are actually praised by our clients for quoting all inclusive rates and for good business ethicsAgain, I apologize that the client misunderstood the quoteI would have been happy to credit or make adjustments to each part of the trip if we had lacked in providing service that we promised

says that she was young so we took advantage of her. We did not know that she was young and had no intentions of taking advantage of her. We have been in business for almost 13 years and this is the first time we have had a complaint like this. Here is the procedure we follow: 1- When you call to inquire about a rate or book a trip. We do not consider a "round trip" as one trip. You were quoted a price of $192.25 upon completion of your one way booking and then dispatcher took your return information. 2- We sent out two separate email confirmations with the total amount listed on each one. We have logs on this, if needed. (Both confirmations listed your trip details and the total charge for that individual trip). We also called to confirm each trip 1 day before the trip. We were not questioned at any point before the trips were completed. I feel that the client misunderstood the quote and this situation could have been avoided if she called us after receiving those email confirmations with charges listed on each one. At that point, we could have cancelled her return trip if she wanted. We delivered each part of the trip in its entirety as promised and this how we have been quoting and booking trips since we started this business. We have no intentions of taking advantage or hiding anything from our clients. We are actually praised by our clients for quoting all inclusive rates and for good business ethics. Again, I apologize that the client misunderstood the quote. I would have been happy to credit or make adjustments to each part of the trip if we had lacked in providing service that we promised.

As shown from the above response from the business their first procedure was not done as they say it was. They claim that I was quoted a price for a one way trip and then was asked if I needed a service for returning home. This is false, I gave them my information for being picked up at my home and then I gave them my information for my return home after making a reservation for both ways, I was then asked how I will be paying, I then asked how much it would be and I was quoted $192.25 and proceeded to give them my card number. I was never told I would be charged $192.25 for both ways and it was also never explained to me that I would not be charged until the day of service. I did call 3 days after making my reservation to ask why the $192.25 was not taken out of my account yet and it was then that I was told by a women that my account would be charged on the day of service. As far as I was concerned I was only being charged $192.25. At this point, I feel I am beating a dead horse with a stick. The only way I feel this can be resolved is to listen to the phone call, because I do not believe that after 10 days the phone recording expires. If they have nothing to hide, then I would please like to listen to the phone conversation. If for what ever reason, I am not allowed to listen to the phone call then I would like the Revdex.com to please investigate in this matter and listen to the conversation. The phone conversation is the only proof.
