Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because As shown from the above response from the business their first procedure was not done as they say it wasThey claim that I was quoted a price for a one way trip and then was asked if I needed a service for returning homeThis is false, I gave them my information for being picked up at my home and then I gave them my information for my return home after making a reservation for both ways, I was then asked how I will be paying, I then asked how much it would be and I was quoted $and proceeded to give them my card numberI was never told I would be charged $for both ways and it was also never explained to me that I would not be charged until the day of serviceI did call days after making my reservation to ask why the $was not taken out of my account yet and it was then that I was told by a women that my account would be charged on the day of serviceAs far as I was concerned I was only being charged $At this point, I feel I am beating a dead horse with a stickThe only way I feel this can be resolved is to listen to the phone call, because I do not believe that after days the phone recording expiresIf they have nothing to hide, then I would please like to listen to the phone conversationIf for what ever reason, I am not allowed to listen to the phone call then I would like the Revdex.com to please investigate in this matter and listen to the conversationThe phone conversation is the only proof In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]
