I attended a home show in Tampa Florida in August During the show, I was impressed by a wall unit on display by Majestic Custom Woodworks I set up an appointment to receive an estimate for a similar unit in my homeA rep arrived at my house on September and gave estimatesHe also promised completion prior to November due to us being out of country starting on NovWe explained that we were entertaining guest for the holidays and completion before then was a deciding factor before committingHe assured us that it would be completed much earlier than that dateHe also requested half of the tolal($3,370.25) be paid upfront to get the project started immediatelyWeeks passed and I re- engaged to check progressI left messages with a receptionist on occasions over a week period with no returned callsI subsequently contacted the owner directly ( [redacted] ) who stated that he had the unit buil but was waiting on additional stoneI asked him if the unit would
