Enclosed is a screenshot of the "review" Ms [redacted] left on my PRIVATE social media profile.After I asked her to not put content like this on my wall she vbecame belligerent and very disrespectful.As far as the tattoo she claims was guaranteed thats is completely false.It is common knowledge in the tattoo industry/community that finger tattoos never hole and almost always blow put therefore they can not be guaranteed and any touch ups required would need to be payed for in advance.since the way she disrespected my personal fb and my wife I l no longer wish to do business with her.Any and all tattoo agreements we have had in the past are complete with a zero balanceI regret to inform you that you have been given info in a "smudged" scenariogiven all the facts I am 100% sure that you will see an attempt to slander a reputable artist for personal reasons.I have multiple awards for my artwork and have been featured in some prestigious tattoo magazines so I have nothing to gain by doing bad business on a $dollar finger tattooAny questions cares or concerns regarding this matter feel free to reply or reach me at the studio @

Tattoo Studio location to get a tattoo from one of my subcontractors there,at said time I wasnt there because I work at my 2nd location in Indidnapolis, I got a call from my manager at the indy studio regarding a client that was not happy with her tattoo, so I called her on my private time away from my business to find out what it was I could do for herI do everything I can to make the clients happy, I am aware you cannot make everybody happy, but I do try So while I was talking to her she told me that one of the artist's at my mooresville location did a tattoo on her and she wasnt happy, the tattoo looked like [redacted] she said.which did not sound right becouse I know the quality of work this guy does, and hes been working for me over years now..so I told her to come to my indy location where I work so I can look at the tattoo and see what could be done to make her happy, we set a day and she said she would be in, I asked her to text me a picture of the tattoo so I had an idea of what it looked like on that day,she did, I looked at the picture which I will attach to this messageI looked at the tattoo on my phone and it looked really nice nice line work, really long lines may I add are hard to doi seen nothing wrong with the tattoo.in my opinion it looked nice and clean, I have years in tattooing so you could say im qualified to make that statement I then called and spoke with all the artit's that was at the studio that day when the woman came in,all of the artist's there on that day said she was really rude when she came in, from the beginning she was complaining about the min drive, the price of the tattoo, and on and on.so my artist adjusted the price down from $to $to try to make her happy, in my opinion I would not have tattooed that design for under $but thats just meso $is a great deal for the size of that tattoo.......from what I was told by talking to all artist's that were there that the complaning never stopped throughout the whole process, the lady was negitive about everythingand also keep in mind the artist had to custom draw even more on the design and did not charge her for the designing of the tattoo, so there hes trying to make this lady happyI then told the artist that she would be at the indy studio on the date she said I asked him to come up so I could get both sides of story, in my time ive always wanted both side at the same time to know whos liying, just the way I do it...so the process of a tattoo is the design is printed on the skin the client has to look at it in mirror to see if its straight ,spelled right if there happy with the print it has to dry mins before the tattoo process starts.this lady was happy with the design or the tattoo would have never been done period[redacted] said she wasnt happy with the tattoo, but she tipped the artist $20.00, if im not happy I would never tip, now come on So the day comes she came into my studio to show me the tattoo from the first time she opened her mouth I was like wow, this lady was hateful, she was something else and no reason the tattoo looks really good.so I asked her what I could do to make her happy she said one of the lower r in the name didnt look like a r, at that time the artist that did the tattoo came in and keep in mind this lady is still really hateful,the artist told me she ok the lettering before the tattoo started, and that the r he used came out of the calligraphy book we have down there, which then makes since to me thats why I had him come up so I knew what happened that day with the letteringthis lady started yelling at him and me just plain mean person, this negativity and yelling from her lasted for min probley then she put her finger in my face and thats when I told her to leave my business, at that time I was done hearing this nonsenseas she was leaving she was cussing at me so I had a few words back for her, but not till the min of pure meanness why the tattoo looks goodI told the artist's down at the studio if someone comes in acting like that in the future to refuse service, cause in my opinion that lady was not happy with herself, if a person isnt happy with there selfes theres no way no one else can make then happy no way,,, very hateful person, shes never welcomed in any of my business, she wants her money back wont happen she paid for a service and sevice was performed and tattoo is nice, no refund now regarding trash talk online, this lady has all right to post a negitive comment , and others have the right to respond, joe was upset cause our studio has been opened for going on years now and he and the other artist's there work hard to make there clients happy, other clients seen the negitive comments and they replayed not against the lawnow ***s husband also posted a negitive review and treated to send someone to my shop in a treating manner so joe told him the address and told him to come on hes not scared by no means the husband has never set foot in outr shop,  These people are habitual liars. The longer this continues anyone with common sense will see that this is all they do. When I say they, I mean LB S[redacted], Joe K[redacted] and Chris [redacted].  The tattoo is highly unprofessional looking. I am not, nor have I ever been satisfied with it. I'd like to thank LB for posting the comment from my personal Facebook page. It actually proves that I have not been satisfied since the moment I received it. I'd also like to point out how he obtained that. Joe K[redacted]'s wife was nosing through my Facebook account. These people are highly unprofessional and conduct themselves as high school or middle school students.  In regards to many of LB's lies pertaining to my visit on December 23rd. If I was such an unruly customer how would I know why the woman and the child in front of me got her daughter's ear pierced? The answer: because I was friendly and spoke with them. The 10 year old's grandmother gave her the money. The mother said that the last time she got them pierced was at Claire's and they got infected. Next, I joking said to the "artists" that they were located in [redacted] They snickered because it was funny. I then asked Joe K[redacted] how far Mooresville pool was. He explained it was about a mile away. If I was so terrible why would he speak to me? Why would we converse? Then I spoke with another artist inside, I believe his name was Zac. We talked about his scar looking tattoo's and I showed him a photo of my son who had temporary tattoos on Halloween that looked identical. He then explained he gets a tattoo for every year he and his wife are married. Yet again, if I was so unruly, rude, disrespectful, etc WHY would anyone talk to me? Then later we all discussed Leonardo Di Carprio movies. Again, why would any of them speak to me if I was so terrible? None of it makes sense. They just don't like the fact that I'm not happy with the tattoo and poor service I received.Had I have known that I was going to be ambushed on Wednesday, December 28th I wouldn't have went. Who in their right mind brings in a tattoo artist that a customer has a complaint about? How could that possibly ever end well? These people are seriously fried and I truly believe they are on drugs.I have received 13 PRIVATE Facebook Messenger messages from Joe K[redacted], within 24 hours of posting my online review. Even after I told him he was not allowed to message me anymore because it was harassment. He continued to send another. I can upload that as well.  In regards to my son's father. He posted a review and said...."terrible service do not go there." Joe K[redacted] then harasses him, calls him a punk and makes slanderous comments. The guy is seriously fried. In regards to the "tip." That is yet another lie. I gave "Tank" a five dollar bill. I had $8 in my wallet. I never carry cash and there is no way I'd ever tip $20 for services I already paid for... let alone services I'm not satisfied with. Clearly the guy is hard up for money trying to overcharge for a tattoo. He had just posted on Facebook about a deal regarding a 3X5 tattoo and/or 2 hours worth of work for $100. My tattoo took him 30 minutes, if that. Last, in regards to my deceased brother's account. What relevance does that have at all? Next, I do have another brother that is alive and well who likes to use his deceased brother's account. I really don't even to explain any of that because it isn't their business. Also, my brother did not even make a review per say. He just clicked on a star. He made no remarks.  The thing about the truth is.... you don't have to try and remember it, you just do. The thing about a lie is.... you will get caught up in the web trying to remember what the truth actually is. These people are all trash and I hope to never deal with any of them EVER again. If a customer isn't satisfied... your only job is to try and satisfy them. I'd really prefer the video tapes be released in regards to this situation, that way the real truth will be known.
