Review: On Jun *, I reserved with Jay aka (Jesus M[redacted] a manual wheelchair to obtain on Jun *. On 06/*/15 around 7pm, A guy called "Manny" brought me a chair with no armrests and a messed up wheel. He said he could exchange the chair. I checked my debit card and noticed that I was charged 89.99 instead of the advertised and confirmed 59.99. I called Jay on Jun *, 2015 about the overcharge along with the useless chair. He said that he would credit me the overcharge, pick up the chair on Jun * being that he did NOT have a replacement and refund 50% of the initial cost of the chair. He only credited me $20 instead of $30, He didn't pick up the chair on June [redacted] but on June [redacted], and he NEVER gave me a refund of at least 50% of the initial cost being that I was NOT able to use the chair. I have called and left numerous messages to address this issue and he(Jay aka Jesus M[redacted])has failed to handle this matter.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded the $10 that was initially owed along with the 50% refund that Jay said he would give me for having a useless chair delivered to me..
