Hi my name is [redacted] I'm the owner At majesty Auto GlassFirst I would like to make a correction that [redacted] has no relationship to this company.I am replying to complain number 12001456Customer came to my shop for the installation of the broken back glass as mentioned on the complaint the back Gate was closed And glass all over the The back AreaWe opened the gate and started working on her glass There was a lot of glass inside the lock area and we notified the customerWe did not mess with the lock all we did is cut the Old glass which is nowhere near the lockPut the glass back and close the gateOnce we closed the gate we noticed the gate is not closingThat is because there is a lot of glass inside the latchAnd we also told the customer that we are not specialized in a latch and she need to take it to either the dealer or a specialized vendorAt that time she told us if we can fix itI told her I will try at least to get it closedSo we opened the locking mechanism and manually close the windowWhich is possible but only by push the latch in.The customer accused us of breaking her latch which we did not doBecause where we work is nowhere near the latch.But because we like our customers to be happy I offer $refund to the customer.Thank you[redacted] ***
I went to Majesty Auto glass in San Diego on Thursday Feb 16th after my rear lift gate window was smashed inI spoke with [redacted] during my visitThey repaired the window...poorly but it was repaired that is glass still in the door when the lift gate opens and glass in the vehicle that wasn't cleaned out wellAfter several hours [redacted] informed me that my vehicle was done and checked me outSo I paid and then went to look at my vehicleWhen I got to my SUV the lift gate wouldn't shut [redacted] and or his team had broken the latch for the lift gateThey at first offered to fix it...which didn't workI was at their shop from 10:56am until 5:06pmThey broke the latch gate attempted to fix it which they couldn'tI inferred that they had broken it, in which [redacted] became defensive and said they didn't and it wasn't his responsibility to fix it and that they weren't liableThe lift gate worked when I drove into the shop and didn't when I leftI had to drive down the free way many mil
