Review: Contracted for the removal and replacement of patio and sidewalk and then application of a concrete sealer. All concrete was removed and new poured on 30 July 2013. Concrete was not level in 2 places and Majesty had to patch with not matching concrete. Initial application of sealer was incomplete, places missed, and had to be redone in places. Concrete cracked and Majesty notified on 10 Feb 2014. Inspected by Rita (Majesty) on 28 Feb and said it was a "hairline crack" not to worry despite the fact that it was in the exact same place as the prior concrete patio that had been in place for 30 years. Inspection also revealed that sealer had failed in several places, flaked away, and that she would "put us on the schedule" for the end of March to reseal those ares. Despite telephone calls and promises on 14 April, 20 May, 23 May, 3 June and 5 June Majesty has not responded to reseal affected areas. My email message of 9 June, although read, has also not produced results.

My email requested a bucket of sealer so that I could reseal the concrete myself as Majesty clearly desired not to honor the warranty of promises made by Rita.Desired Settlement: Request a bucket of sealer, same kind and color as originally applied, sufficient to reseal all affected areas, or actual performance by Majesty Homes complete the work as contracted for.
