I had the good fortune of meeting [redacted] today. Although he couldn't help me with a sprinkler related problem he went above and beyond by taking a picture of my issue and forwarding it to a sprinkler company. He even made a call on my behalf to explain the situation confronting me. Then he called me back to apprise me of what had transpired.
It's rare to get this level of service from someone making money from your business. It's almost unheard of when there's no money in it for the service provider. They didn't charge me since they couldn't help. Thought for sure I'd get dinged for a service call. He also called before he arrived to advise he was on his way.
Obviously, any future plumbing needs I may have will go to this company. Their integrity is unquestionable. Thank you, Majesty Plumbing!
