Majesty Title has not provided me a refund for my cancelled American Home Shield warranty; even though AHS has sent them two refund checks
Majesty Title was used to close on our current house We bought a home warranty, which was paid for at closing ($755.00) The warranty turned out to be worthless after the first service call, and it was cancelled I requested a refund from American Home Shield (AHS), which they said would be routed through Majesty Title
That all occurred in May, It is now September, 2018; and after repeated requests, AHS states they've sent two separate refund checks to Majesty Title Majesty Title has not refunded any monies to me or my family; nor have they bothered to contact AHS directly themselves
AHS requested Majesty Title to contact them directly; and those emails were sent to Majesty Title by me Majesty Title also tells me on the telephone, that if they don't know who to send a refund to, they return it
