I just drafted an agreement and sent it over docusign.
If you both sign this I will sign and send a check, this is my last attempt to refund and I will not rewrite the agreement offer,it will look like attached

After her contract was signed we worked to prepare for this job, she refused to talk on the phone and when email just wasnt working she decided to cancel the contract even though it had pasted the legal amount of days to do so
We spent time preparing for her project, and feel we are just in
charging for one hour, even though we spent more than one hourOur bill rate is $per hour so we reduced that rate as wellShe is acting melicious and has wasted plenty of our time, time she can pay for.
she also received our discount for color consultation and reduced price on sample paint she bought at Sherwin Williams on our account.
If she only knew how damaging her "story" was on yelp maybe she would be willing to remove it, but we had sent a refund minus $before we knew she was going to attempt to damage our reputationIf we would have known about the review previous we would have just eatin the time we spentAs my lawyer has referred to people like her as tar babiesonce they touch you, your stuck to them

My review on Yelp was totally factual.  I cannot receive calls when I am at work, and Jayson seems to have trouble communicating via email. (As he pointed out, some of my email was found in spam!) His statement: "she refused to talk on the phone and when email just wasnt working she decided to cancel the contract" is disingenuous.  He didn't reply to my emails and was upset that I couldn't be called at work.  As you can see in the contract, I never signed up for the color consultation and he never provided any guidance except to tell me to go down to Sherwin Williams and have them match an old can of paint and charge it to his account.  When I cancelled the contract, I said he could deduct his price for the paint from my $500 deposit, even though it didn't match the weathered paint on my house, yet he deducted another $40.  I received no services for this money.  I am not "melicious" (sic).  I do not think it is right to charge me for services that I not only didn't contract for, but he didn't provide.  I think the $40 charge was because he was angry about my Yelp review, which was far from malicious.

business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. We only want our money back so we can move forward and decide how to fix our house. I don't feel the need to write any reviews or complaints regarding this matter if I can get my full refund and start over. We would need to know when to expect our refund and if not received by that date, we would need to move forward somehow to collect our funds back, so at that time we would proceed with our CCB complaint if our refund was not returned.

Are we being asked to refund $2331 in exchange for no further action of any kind, on either side them or us?
No more Revdex.com, no further ccb, no posting of any grievance online or otherwise, by them, and we pay back the $2331?
