that the vehicle sold to her had no warranty what so ever and she did sign the buyers guide and due bill both clearly states the vehicle is ? sold AS IS NO Warranty and any repairs may needed after the purchase and behind that point is customers full responsibility. MRS. [redacted] was very happy when she purchased the vehicle and even stopped by couple times during first month stating she loves her vehicle and she really apperciate that we help her get a vehicle. Then after 6 week she called us stating that she has some issues with the vehicle. As good faith to all our customers we told her to bring the vehicle so we can check for her at no cost. Then she stated that she doesnt like this car anymore and that she wants to exchange it for differnt vehicle. We told her that exchanging for another vehicle is not an option as she still owes post payment on that vehicle. We still dont understand now out of no where is our fault that her transmission gave up and she wants her money back after almot 2 months. We did told her that if she doesn't pay the installment that we have no choice but to reposses the vehicle from her. Majjaan Auto Sale Inc. well not repair or exchange or gives any money back. Majjaan Auto Sale Inc. want MRS. [redacted] to understand if we do not receive our outstanding balance by the due date we well reposses the vehicle from her. NO EXCEPTIONS. . Majjaan Auto Sale Inc. does not agree with the customer complain at all. All the vehicles
Sold by Majjaan Auto Sale Inc. is sold AS IS. With NO WARRANTY WHAT SO EVER.....
Majjaan Auto Sale Inc. does not promises any oral or written agreement in regards to
any repairs on any vehicle sold by our dealership. Every customer including Mr. [redacted]
have signed two waver showing that the vehicle was sold AS IS. If need it a copy
of both wavers can be provided to Revdex.com as the Mr. [redacted] should
already have his copies. Majjaan Auto sale inc. declines any settlement regarding this
matter,

I signed the as-is because the dealership took the car to their shop in the back to fix the problems before I took delivery of the car.  I waited almost one hour before they brought the car out saying the shop and dealership is closing and to bring the car back another day so they can fix it.  I have received numerous phone calls and text messages from the dealership promising to fix the car.  They keep saying (via text messages & phone calls) they need more time to order parts at a discount.  The text messages show the dealership entered into oral and now written contract to repair the shocks and the SRS light.
 
I called the DMV license department which state from the condition of the car when I bought it, it was unsafe and against dealership retails sales to consumers licensing policies. The first and easiest unsafe issue is the cracked/chipped windshield.  The DMV says dealerships cannot retail sale to a consumer an unsafe car regardless of signing a sold as-is.  The DMV is opening an investigation.
 
I still seek for them to honor their oral and text message agreement to fix the front/back shocks and SRS light.

Review: They sold me a car an 2008 Suzuki feranza with a bad transmission.Ive owned the car for 5 weeks and the transmission started slipping right away. Now it barely drives. I asked for my money back he said no way and said I need to pay for another transmission. I told him he bumped his head. THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS WITH NO INTEGRITY AT ALL. I CANT AFFORD TO BUY A NEW TRANSMISSION AFTER 5 WEEKS OF OWNING THE CAR AND SHOULDNT HALF TOO. HE SAID AS IS AND I WANTED TO TELL EVERYONE TO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM. I PUT 1600 DOWN ON THIS CAR AND WONT MAKE A PAYMENT AND HE SAID IF I DONT THEY WILL REPO IT. PLEASE I DONT TRUST THAT LOT AND WANT MY MONEY BACK. I HAD PAID 200 FOR WINDOW TINT AFTER I BOUGHT IT AND IT BROKE DOWN TONIGHT AND WOULDNT DRIVE AFTER 30 MINUTES IT FINALLY WENT INTO GEAR THAT IS BT. Review: Dealership sold me an UNSAFE car. Dealership misrepresented the car and did not disclose major issues.

The car has many issues which I told them immediately. The 2 front tires were bald which 1 tire blew-out on the freeway. The car has a cracked windshield. Just before driving off the dealership, I notice the SRS light on. The dealership drove the car to their back mechanic shop but they said they could not fix it due to the shop closing. The dealership said the SRS light is okay and will go out after driving the car for 25 miles. The light has not gone off. The front left air shock is leaking where the left side is leaning and I can hearing the shock motor continuously running. I was told the front shocks must be replaced in pairs. The 2 back shocks need to be replaced also. Because the shocks are bad, the car sways and or slides side-to-side especially when going over bumps. The car is hard to control when this happens. The dealership said to bring-in the car to fix the SRS and shocks but they need time to order the parts. I would regularly call the dealership only to get them to say they are waiting to get the parts. I would receive text messages from the dealership saying they are trying to get a good price on shocks.

Now the dealership is stating that the windshield was never cracked. They are stating that the tires had a good 5000 miles to go. They stating that the SRS light was never on. They are also stating that all shocks where in good condition. They now say that the cars was in perfect condition and that all issues came after I drove off. They say the car was fine and I bought the car as-is. They say they have been in business over 20 years and that it is my word against theirs. Authorized Mercedes repair came up with over $5300 of repairs. Shocks only, for $1,951.37. I was told by a shop that the car was in an accident (front and back) which they think the car has frame damage. I asked for the carfax and dealership inspection report but they refuse.Desired Settlement: To replace the front and back shocks.
