Ed *** for MARS is a jokeThis dude sold me a fridge a yr agoSomething went wrong with the fridge so I called him to see if he would look at itAfter months, I'm still having the same problems with the fridgeHe's yet to come look at the fridgeEvery time I call him, he has a different excusesHe's a poor excuse for a business person I will never do business with him again

I want to warn people not to do business with these people Unprofessional, the guy working in the warehouse is on drugs He was so high when I went to look at a fridge He couldn't remember what he was telling me or which fridge he said worked or not and talking/going miles per hour He wasted minutes of my time and said he will deliver first thing in the morning Never showed or call So I had my husband call him and he gave him a big story why he or no one showed Then he called back and said he would sell us a fridge if we could find him drugs since his boss was out of town! Then he hung up on us My husband called him back to see what his deal was and just wanted a fridge from them, the guy didn't want to answer his phone, he finally did and got really mad that we called back, he was irritated and told us he's on a delivery when he just told us no one was delivering that week due to the boss being out of town! Then he yelled out him and said he was busy! What in the world kind of business is this and what kind of associate asks for strangers to find him drugs!? Never in my life have I experienced foolery and strangeness like this I tried calling the owner multiple times and told him what was going on in a voicemail but no response no nothing I guess he isn't about business either Long story short, I'm very upset that I went through this but I took my business and dollars to *** They were very nice and delivered my fridge in less than minutes! It's also a nicer fridge and I appreciate their excellent customer service Do not I repeat DO NOT mess with MARS Appliances! The strange guys Said he just started working for them a few months ago, since I cannot give names out Be careful because they have another bad review where they took someone's money and never delivered
