We received your email today but have already been dealing with this customer and have everything resolved. This customer thought we may have been out of business after not hearing from someone for a while. We had a change of office managers over the past month and have had some
communication and follow up problems that we now have resolved. This customer is being taken care of though and his product will be installed in his home next Tuesday
We had spoke with this customer before this complaint was received. The customer is correct in the delay of the product, and the lack of availability, to reach us. During my conversation with Mrs. [redacted] today I committed to calling her by next Thursday 8/18 @9am with a delivery date,...
hoping that I will be calling her sooner than that to set up the install date.
