I had a new air/heat unit installed in within months we began having problems, valves Freon extremely high utility bills the company cam out numerous times to fix and we though it was resolvedThey said would not help on utility bill because we "waited to long to call utilities is a warning sign of something wrong" Winter roles around again and same thing utility bills tripled unit running constantly not heating properly we immediately called Tyler told us to run in in AUX only for almost aweek before sending some one they said it was thermostat they continued to our house over and over stating it was an issue with thermostat as the utiitly bills climbed into the thousandsFinally four months into the service calls they changed the thermostatThey told us we need a different return put in the house also and for over a month have said that they will get BRYANT rep out to help fix unit and no one has showed up the call was on 3/the return was suppose to be put in at in
We chose Air Masters from the list of preferred providers on the *** *** website and got a new HVAC unit installed on 8/31/ I called several times over the next month to see when I could pick up the paperwork required for the $rebate from *** Finally I was told by Josh, the customer service representative who we had been dealing with, that Air Masters had submitted it for us, and that *** was behind in processing the rebates I called *** *** on 2/24/17, and was told that no rebate application has ever been submitted for us The *** representative also told me that since it was past days from the date of install, we will not be eligible for the rebate We spent the day period trusting Air Masters that they had indeed submitted our rebate information to *** This has cost us the $rebate from ***, which was a major factor in choosing Air Masters for the install I sent a request for help with this matter to Air Masters via the "contact us now" featu

At all of our retail Major Deals locations, we strive to be transparent in all our business transactions. We are a secondary market that sells overstock, customer returns and shelf pull itemsWe do not inspect, assemble or warranty any item, so the items may be new, appears new, used, damaged or have missing parts. We do not buy old stuff from auctions and websites, we purchase truckloads of product from major retailers, send the truckloads to our sorting facility and then distribute to our retail locations for display and sale. We ask that all of our customers inspect the items they purchase at any of our locations before leaving the storeI’m sorry that *** *** had a negative experience in our store and with her purchase. I will notify the store location at *** *** ***, that *** *** is welcome to return her item for refund or exchange. For a refund, she must bring the receipt and the item, back to the location from which it was purchased and let the cashier know your name and that you have pre-approvalWe cannot make a refund without a receipt, if you do not have the receipt; we can only offer an exchange or store creditIf you choose to make an exchange, please bring the item back to the location from which it was purchased and if we have another car seat that she would like to take in trade, we will honor that as well, or issue a store credit for the amount of the car seat

[redacted] At Major Deals, we strive to remain transparent in all our business. Whether we are selling to large companies or individuals, our goal is to sell secondary market items (overstock, return or damaged items) at a deep discounted price, saving our customers on average 70% off of retail pricing!!
Because we are selling secondary market items, we do not guarantee nor warranty any items. We do not test, assemble or verify that all parts are included. However, we do value our customers and want to keep them happy so in our Major Deals stores, we allow refunds and returns. Our policy is very clear and concise, if an item is under $100, we will offer a store credit in the full value amount of the purchase, if the items is over $100, then we will issue a cash refund.
[redacted] and [redacted] were made aware of the terms at the time of purchase by their own admission in the complaint filed. We believe that this is a fair and adequate solution. We value our relationship with our customers and want them to return but we have to remain firm in our store policies as well in order to continue in business.
[redacted] and [redacted] are welcome to return the product and they will be issued a store credit for the full amount of the item.
