My Water heater was leaking and putting out the pilot light on the unitI contacted my home warranty company and they referred me to Major Drain They contacted us within hours of the call to my Home Warranty Company and scheduled an appointment for the same day Service Appointment was from 3-PM and the service tech arrived right at 3: He was neat and orderly, introduced himself and wiped his feet before he entered my home he reviewed the Water heater, deemed it was beyond repair and needed replacement he took many pictures of all the problem areas and stated that the main office would call to schedule a time to replace the water heater the next business day (this was Friday Afternoon) The office called first thing Monday morning, they had submitted the report and pictures to my home warranty company already and was approved to replace the unit they scheduled an appointment between 11-the next day and installation would take 2-1/hours Install crew showed at 11:the next day and were done in 1/hours they laid carpet protectors and mats on the floor before they began their work and cleaned everything up before they left no hidden costs or additional fees They were very kind and considerate I would highly recommend them to anyone and I will definitely be calling them if I ever need any additional plumbing work completed

Major Drain has been to my residence at least times within the past 1/yearsI was impressed with the service provided in cleaning out my drains (including the drain from my basement to the city street)Due to blockage each year, I am scheduling them annually for cleaning all my drainsOne thing they should take into consideration, is to bring protective footie and tarp and/or blankets to lay down to protect clients floor and or carpet areaI would recommend Major Drain to my friends, family and associates,

Living in a 91-year old house can be very expensive when something goes wrong, but Major Drain was able to get to our house quick enough for us to not have to flush or take a shower and make our problem worse. The tech was supposed to arrive between 11-12 and instead he was at our doorstep at 10:40. I called them at 10:00. [redacted] was here for all of 20 minutes and had us fixed up! He said by stopping the use of our drains was a smart decision on our part and saved us thousands of dollars. He was very friendly and eased our stress. Major Drain is in my contacts for future use, if we should ever need them for anything else. Thanks!
