I wish I could give star! Stay far far away from them! Otherwise you are wasting your life and moneyI hired them through my home warranty company months agoThey showed up once, saying need to order a part, and then never come back againNo calls and rarely answered my callWhen they answered my call, they let me contact my home warranty company to authorize the order which was not the truthMy home warranty company reopened the case twice and they just disappeared! I called this company to service my refrigerator and the technician showed up and informed me that I needed to replace a part which had gone bad, he said is was a damperHe did not place the order as he had stated the next business day, and month later I called the company and they informed me that the tech dropped the ball in ordering the partThe company then went ahead and ordered the part and came to install itMy refrigerator is still not working, it continued to freeze my food, and not to mention they charged me $for the service call, and $for the part and installationI waited month and a half to be over charged and my fridge is still not workingI am a single mother on a single income household, and buying take out for this long has taken a toll on my budgetI have tried several times in contacting them, and they are mostly talk, they are good at telling the customer that it will all work out, but in reality this company screwed me overI am very disappointed and extremely dissatisfiedThe company I called are located in Bend Oregon, the main headquarters is in CaliforniaBeware of this company, they will "RIP YOU OFF"
