Major Home Improvement offered exceptional service in the full roof rip-off and roof install system I found Vasilie, the owner, to be very customer focused from our first interaction through some follwork he completed after the project was complete He was very involved throughout the project and offered honest advice for options, ventilation, chimney flashing, etc The company offered quality workmanship, a strong product portfolio, appropriate certifications and competitive warranties Vasilie also very quickly followed up on my calls and texts, even after the job was complete Most important for me, he was a contractor that I grew to trust My father owned a small construction company for 30+ years and he always stressed the importance of his reputation in the communities he worked It is clear to me, Vasilie and his company Major Home Improvement, also sees the importance of this core business principle Major Home Improvement will get my recommendation with family/friends/colleagues They will also receive business from me in the future

I called Major Home Improvements when I found evidence of ice dams leaking into the attic During his initial visit and throughout the proposal process, owner Vasilie [redacted] walked me through all the details and offered many suggestions on a variety of different topics (e.gice & water blocking materials, types of shingles, ridge vents vs gables, warranties) He never pushed any particular solution, only looking to make sure I understood my options and received the products & services most appropriate After settling on a fair price, the materials arrived the day before and I discovered that some were even better quality than what we had selected! The team of workers arrived at 7am and went non-stop until mid-afternoon, with Vasilie checking in several times to be sure all was going to my satisfaction After finishing, the crew spent a lot of time cleaning up and collecting all discarded scraps & nails The roof looks great and I would recommend Major Home Improvements to anyone looking for a fair & honest roof repair company

Major Home Improvements did an awesome job on my roof. They were very thoughtful with everything they did and very thorough. The roofers were pleasant to talk with and,hard workers that I only saw stop once for lunch. They just left and the yard is spotless. The owner Vasilie is a 'rock star'. He is very attentive and wants to make sure that his customers are 100% satisfied, and he stopped by periodically during the day to make sure everything was going well and to see if I had any questions. And besides all of that, their price was great too. Thanks you guys I would definitely do business with you again!

Our house was built in 1986 and we had never changed the roof or siding. We had a hailstorm that damaged the roof and siding. We had received a house insurance estimate, but we decided to get a private estimates to compare the prices. We contact Major Home Improvements and another company, but decided to choose MHI because they were the first company to contact us the first day. They also provided us with an affordable price to fix the entire house. It was the best decision made. The owner of the Company helped us with the house insurance process and also helped us with many other questions in regards to roof, quality, warranty and different types of siding. His team was very organized and friendly. Vasilie appeared few times during the process to make sure everything was done correctly. After our home was done completed we were very happy with the results because our house looked brand new. Also the detailed on all windows made the house looked better. We are very happy that we met Vasilie. He's really great!!! He took the time to answer all of our questions. It took no time at all to get our roofing date.
