Review: My mother purchased a necklace for my daughter on 2/*/14 for her birthday. I decided not to keep the necklace as I was unhappy with the quality. I went into the store on 2/**/14 to return the item. As advised by the [redacted] whose name is [redacted], I was unable to return the item as their store policy states no returns or exchanges after 10 days, I was 3 days late. Unfortunately due to the snow storm that week it had delayed me traveling to the mall with my baby to return the item. The [redacted] advised that I could exchange the item (which clearly is against the store policy) but I was unable to return it. To me that makes no sense how the [redacted] can void the store policy for an exchange but not for a return. He said that I could call corporate and they would be the ones to allow me to return the item. My husband called corporate and spoke with [redacted]. He said he'd call us back with a decision. No return call was received. My husband called 3 more times and left messages and no response was received. I traveled back to the store and advised the [redacted] of my situation with corporate. He told me there was nothing he could do. I asked if he could call corporate he said no because it was a Saturday. I asked if he could call Monday and he said yes and that he would call me monday after speaking with them. It is now Wednesday evening and I have never received a phone call. Not only is the product poor but the customer service is even poorer.Desired Settlement: I would like to retun the necklace for a full refund in the amount of $129.26.

Review: My wife purchased a 14 karat yellow gold chain and crucifix for a gift. The chain was too short, so my wife returned it for a longer chain. The sales person switched the chain for another one. About 8 months passed and the chain turned colors. Can you imagine the embarassment? To give a gift and then find out it was fake gold! The salesman switched the yellow gold chain with a gold plated silver chain valued at 1/3 the price of the gold chain, without making my wife aware of the switch. They told her it was an even exchange and sent my wife on her way. When we just recently returned to the store with the complaint, they said that a year had passed since we purchased the chain. I told them that the chain did not change colors right away and when it did we came in. They did not want to give us any real solutions to our situation so I told them I would make a complaint to the Revdex.com and consumer affairs so here I am.Desired Settlement: I just want the store to replace the fake chain with the item they described on the bill.
