Hello ***, My name is Luke ***Owner of Major League Barbers LLCI just got your letter regarding my unhappy clientI would like to tell you that she is 100% right.......and 100% incorrect as well.....She is right, by us letting her down with the quality of workI saw it the picture,
and its awfulI cant believe my barber allowed that to walk out the door....so for all of that I totally apologizeNow where her, and her husband are incorrect, is the manner they went about resolving this issueWe have a no money back policy...so in that way I cannot help her, but I would have offered to fix it, and to give her a future haircut for free, if her husband got back to me before he went all over our FB page, and to the Revdex.com.....This happened on 9/12/2016....he called my Malta location on 9/14/I got back to him via text on 9/16/due to we had a robbery at my Queensbury location so I was tied up with that for a few days, and I explained and apologized for not getting back to him sooner.....he then ignored me until 9/20/He sent me a text when I was getting on a plane to go out of town....but by then he already caused a lot of unnecessary turmoil.....so I have not responded to him as of yet.....I am really upset over this whole issue, I DO NOT LIKE making my clients unhappy, and would go over and beyond to fix anything we might have caused......but when you lash out before even speaking to me, then as a customer you hav e crossed a line of no return.....again, I would like to apologize, but will not be refunding them the $Please feel free to contact me at anytime, Thank you,Luke ***

I have to say that luke is 100% right and 100% wrongHe's right that I received a bad haircut, he's wrong because the customer is always right and I should have received a cash refund regardless of his policyWas it wrong to cause turmoil? I don't think soLuke didn't have to walk around with a crappy haircut with lines carving up the back of his head, leading me to go to another barber and having them shave the back of my headSo not only did I have to pay for one haircut, I had to pay for two to correct the problemAs far as going past the point of no return. I don't view this issue as some kind of messy political debate. I'm dealing with a barbershop, not the GovernmentAs far as what I post on facebook is my businessThe constitution grants me this rightThe communication between this business and myself has been beyond outpoured with excuse after excuseA robberyGoing out of town etcHow long does it take luke to send a text expressing his sincerest apologies and he'd like to make it right? That could have been done on the plane, or at night from his home after investigating the robberyWhat this boils down to is thisLuke has admitted fault, but will not part with his money based on greedI'm not asking luke for the impossibleJust a refund for a very bad haircutI don't understand what he don't getIt's been explained to him over and over again and I feel I'm dealing with someone with no business sense at allThe customer is always right!
