Absolute garbage. I purchased a jersey display case for an autographed jersey from www.mlb.com for just under $200 with shipping. What I received was a thin plastic pile of junk that cost them less than $2 to make, and should have retailed for less than $10. I was livid, and initiated the return process. After going through the pain of returning a rather large item I was promised to have a refund within 10 days of them receiving it. Two weeks later, still no refund. I contacted them once again to see where it was, and they could not even tell me if they had received it. I had to get the runaround for nearly TWO HOURS before someone confirmed they had received it. I found the tracking number and checked the *** web site, and confirmed the date it had been received. They finally promised I was going to have the money IN HAND within 10 days. Twenty days later, still no refund. I contacted customer service again and they said it had been processed that day -- 10 days later than I was supposed to have the money in hand -- and I should have my money in 2-7 MORE DAYS. As of writing this review, I have not received the refund, the customer service agent is unwilling to let me speak with a supervisor, and they have lost a customer for life.

I asked for a refund for my MLB subscription to watch all the live games. They refuse. There is no live baseball, and even IF there is a 60 game season, that is only 37% of a season. I WANT MY MONEY BACK !

I'm very disappointed that MLBAM is refusing to offer even partial subscription refunds for the 2020 season. Fans paid for access to live games, not archival footage and other content. Since the season has been suspended, and may even be cancelled, it is unethical and perhaps even a contract breach for MLBAM to refuse to even partially refund subscription fees.

False advertisement. I bought their latest Video game RBI baseball 20 for the Nintendo Switch. I asked the employee where I bought it from if it had online multiplayer. He looked at the Box and on the back it says “All your favorite modes” and online Multiplayer is listed in big bold white letters. I took it home to discover that the Switch Version doesn’t offer online Multiplayer even though it clearly states that it does on the back of the box. I tried reaching out to them via social media and even sent pictures and they will not respond. I can’t return it because it’s opened.

This has to be the most unprofessional organization I've dealt with in a long time.
I was just hung up on because I called them regarding the 2nd half of my order not being delivered.
I had ordered 2 items for Christmas on December 6th.
The first half was delivered on December 10th but the 2nd half was never delivered.
I received an email on December 23rd which stated;
"Tracking shows your package is being returned to our warehouse due to a delivery exception. It usually takes about 10 business days for the order to be returned to our facility. Once we have received your order, we will automatically issue a refund to your original form of payment which will post back to your account within 2-7 business days."
When I called and explained my situation to the customer service rep, and to find out how my first half of the shipment was delivered, but the 2nd item couldn't?? The first women yelled at me and her "supervisor" hung up on me after telling me I would never be getting my 2nd item.
I recommend never dealing with this terrible organization.
Don't order from this site!

Cancelled subscription in March 2019 after renewing it in February 2019 and they cancelled it at that time. Expected to get full refund but never received it after contacting customer service several times.

I subscribed to mlb.tv in June on a Father's Day special. Since then I have had spotty service at best. It will not stay connected to my television. I have contacted them numerous time to resolve it. They send me a new password and it will last for a day or two and then it doesn't work again. I told them I wanted my money back and they said they wouldn't do that. Then I told them to fix it and they haven't.

Thank you for your help. They sent me an email saying they have refunded my money. It has been a complete hassle. Every time I would think it was fixed and let it go I couldn't get on in a day or two again. Thank you again.

I received an email on *** March saying that I needed to take action to maintain my subscription. I took no action assuming that since they said I had to take action and didn't there would be no charge. I didn't see the charge on my credit card bill until recently, but apparently they charged me on *** March. I got no email from them telling me that they had charged me successfully.

I contacted MLB but they refused to refund me despite the email saying "action required" and not notifying me that my card had been charged.

After I made the complaint MLB contacted me to tell me they were issuing a refund. I'm not sure if it was the elevated internally after my phone call or as a result of you contacting them on my behalf, but I'm inclined toward attributing it to the latter.

Business continuously sends advertising emails. Upon clicking unsubscribe multiple times, emails continue to be sent. When logging into manage preferences, webpage does not allow to user unsubscribe.

I've spoken to the customer service rep. Connie on May ,19 from *** ar *** asking for cancel my order and refund the money back to me, it has been a week and still not hear back from the *** and no refunds issued. Following were my order receipt and I've request *** for a refund but it was denied because my online order has been delivered.
Since I have paid for the service, the first and second day both have a blackout on my area that I wan NOT able to watch any of the game.

MLB.TV sold me a $98 subscription to Yankee baseball games and they are all blacked-out in my area. They knew where I lived when I purchased the subscription- I spoke with a live agent- and now they refuse to refund my money.

How can they get away with this?

For the second straight year, I utilized the T-Mobile offer for a year of MLB.TV. Last year, I had no issues. I timely redeemed the offer this year and had been enjoying the service through the first six plus weeks of the season without issue. However, this past weekend, my MLB account was wiped of all personal information without warning or action on my part, including the subscription. When I reached out to their customer service line, they indicated they had no record of me being a subscriber, either this year or last year (despite me providing customer service documentation and e-mail correspondence about last year's service). Further, despite my usage of MLB.TV for six full weeks without issue, they were unable to verify that that was in fact the case. Further e-mail communications have gotten nowhere, as they keep requesting I reach out to T-Mobile, who already said they cannot assist.

I have purchased the mlb.tv atbat subscription since day one with mixed experiences. Most of the time was bad experience with the video quality. Something that improved significantly for the past 5-6 years. Now the problem is with their customers service. They are giving a hard time ignoring the request for cancelling the subscription and giving the corresponding refund for the 2019 season paid. No response for the past 4 days. 21March2019.

As a consumer if something is purchased in the wrong size, you are entitled to the business offering you an exchange policy. However, the MLB Shop does not. Shame.

I purchased a baseball autographed by David Wright from mlbshop.com. Each item is to include an MLB Authentication Program tamperproof hologram affixed to each piece of memorabilia. While I did receive the baseball, no documentation or hologram was attached or included. I have emailed and called mlb customer service numerous times requesting proof of authenticity but haven't received anything. I paid for an autographed baseball and have no idea if the product I received is authentic or fake.

I'm not sure how they manage to do it, but the MLBtv Streaming Service gets considerably worse every year. It is now currently unusable on ps4 with my 5000+ mbps connection.
Tech support? What tech support?

This company is horrible, they are scam artists. Find a way to hook you through Google and charge a linked Google account for service after a trial expires. No need to have credit info on file with them for charges to be made. Poor customer service, rude and unprofessional. Don't even link name payment method is attached to with Customer. IE: Customer Name is William and Payee's name is Thomas but still process the payment.

Not impressed at all as a first time customers.
I placed an order using a valid promo code for three items. My code was valid for $20 off an order of $20 or more - basically a free $20. This was provided to me via my cell phone provider for a special MLB deal partnership. Out of pocket, my order came to $20.97. I also paid $6 in shipping. I received 2 of the 3 items. I checked my order status about a week after receiving the 2 items, and all it said was the third item was not shipped. It provided no reason why. I chatted with mlbshop.com, but they did not do anything. They said sorry your item was not shipped but did not provide any explanation (it was not out of stock). They offered to refund my item for $5.96 and submitted a ticket. A follow up email was sent the next day that said my refund of $5.96 had already been issued. I checked my credit card statement, and I did receive a refund, but it was only for $0.32. I responded to the email stating this and provided a screen shot of my credit card statement, but I received no response. I feel that this was a way for mlbshop.com to get out of honoring all this promo codes and not shipping items. No reason for not shipping my item. Not responding to my email is not acceptable either. I bet they did this to a lot of other orders to that were using similar promo codes.
That was my first order with mlbshop.com and it will be my last. Not impressed with order fulfillment or customer service, and I feel that they offer deals with the intention of not fulfilling them. I have read other similar reviews online. Seems a bit shady. I don't really care about the money or even not receiving the item so much, but I think it should be known that this kind of thing happened.
