Took advantage of my Single mom Daughter and somewhat completed the work and collected $cash when I was out of town
I am a retired contractor and completely went over the details of the installation of gutters After a few broken promises, Brad shows up an d completed the job (not at all of what was discussed) and collects $cash (on June 2017) from my daughter before I got back and inspected the faulty job I have since been talking to Brad about getting the job corrected to no avail I had to shorten of downspouts to get done before occupancy permit on July I then requested the material necessary to finish the job myself (connecting the upper downspouts to dump into lower gutter and not onto roof as I was explicit with him when going over the job) in which he finally delivered Upon getting on the roof after completing one downspout the correct way and going to the other downspout, I noticed that the lower gutter is holding too much water and tried to text hi
