Mr [redacted] is just not accurate in his information and I knew he was going to work to discredit my business so I took every precaution to be sure I had a room available for himI'm concerned that the Revdex.com allows complaints that are inaccurate to be publishedI expect the Revdex.com to be discerning and discriminating to publish only the factsI submitted the emails to the Revdex.com that show that I did not cancel the reservation see the attached [redacted] emailI also sent the Revdex.com an email that has Mr [redacted] in his own words stating he cancelled the reservation and had no desire to stay at my establishmentIf you read further into the email I sent which corresponded to a voice mail of the same content where I clearly explain to the guest that I am holding his room open despite a cancellation request from [redacted] for the roomIt is important to understand the regulations I am to follow with [redacted] customersAll of my communication must be through [redacted] and any changes to the guest reservations must be made through [redacted] I cannot cancel reservations only the guest through [redacted] can do thatI not only held the room open past the cancellation for Mr [redacted] , I called [redacted] to confirm the cancellation request originated from the guest which they did, and I called [redacted] as well to go way above and beyond to verify the cancellationMr [redacted] may be unaware that [redacted] is an [redacted] companyIn the end Mr [redacted] not only cancelled his own room and decided to stay elsewhere but he rejected my very magnanimous offer of a room as you can see from his emailFeel free to call me to gain better clarity on this issue

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I never cancelled my booking on [redacted]. The owner of major league motor inn called me and said that I had to book three nights when it was not advertised. He then said lets compromise and you take two nights, I said he was greedy and he never advertised a three day booking minimum. This is a fact. He then made up all these lies about me on the phone about my allegedly being nasty. I received numerous emails from [redacted] that my booking was cancelled. I didnt even book on [redacted], I booked on [redacted]. I called [redacted] and they said my booking was cancelled by the owner after they initially said the booking was still good. If I didnt cancel by July 21, 2016 then I would have ahd my credit card charged. Since I couldnt, at this point in time get astraight answer, I Cancelled the booking the day before they could charge my card aftger they had said my reservation was cancelled. The day after I cancelled, The owner called me to confirm that my booking was cancelled. WHy did he call? probably because he would have charged my card even after emailing me that my booking was cancelled. A lot of unethical games went on with this owner, [redacted] and [redacted].Regards,[redacted]

It was his decision to cancel the booking not mine. I held the room well beyond his cancelation as you will see from the next email I am sending which came from [redacted]. I even spent time calling [redacted] to verify the booking was cancelled by the guest and not something I, my system, or...

[redacted] initiated. [redacted] confirmed with me that Cney himself cancelled the booking via [redacted]. Holding this room the additional time cost me $150 in lost bookings but as I stated I wanted to be sure I honored the guests booking.Regards,Rob [redacted]Major League Motor Inn[redacted]
