I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
[This response did not speak to the incorrect workmanship that NuSash left me with from start to finish, costing me over $6,200. My neighbors trees are not responsible for poor workmanship. Again, my garage roof has a 1/12 pitch so shingles should NOT have been used. Shingles should only be used on a 3/12 or greater pitch. My roof should have been completed with "rolled roofing" due to that 1/12 pitch. The plywood decking was placed vertically and not horizontally, and finally there were no spacer clips on any of the plywood sheets. These issues were not addressed in the NuSash response at all. NuSash is trying to blame the very people - all three companies - who came to my house with fidelity to help me determine the problem. They were not trying to sell me anything. I requested estimates for repair, because, well now I do have that huge black spot that makes my roof look like it is rotting from the inside out. NuSash didn't address the major issues because they know they are in the wrong. What CAN they say? Incorrect workmanship renders my roof work non-sustainable after just a couple of years, the huge stain precisely where the original water leak was before NuSash "fixed" it. It seems NuSash is still trying to dodge the entire issue of incorrect workmanship.

The warranty was issued with the understanding our office down in that part of Indiana would remain operational. The office has closed in the 20+ years since she ordered her windows from Nu-Sash. We fully explained over the phone the costs that would be associated with her repair, she...
was not happy with the costs but agreed and asked for us to come to her residence. Upon arrival and after completing the measurement she balked at paying the agreed upon rate of $160.00. After much argument on her part, the manager stated to her we would be willing to waive the return trip charge IF she would be willing to wait until we had another repair in the area. We further explained we had no way of gauging when that would be and it could be as long as a year or as short as a week. She agreed to wait stating she was not in a great hurry for the window. She was never told to not call the office. She in fact has called the office on a regular date.
We have resolved the issue and have been in contact with both the Mr. And Mrs. We got the material on order and will be contacting them as soon as they are received.
reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
The warranty attached by Nusash isn't what my warranty looks like. Attached is what I was given. There is no mention of trip charge and charge for fixing the window. They want to charge me 275.00 just to show up and they have missed 2 more appointments.

[redacted], the NuSash Representative for our Hurd Window Division, received a call from [redacted] placing an order for (1) one Hurd window with the end user being a client of Mr. [redacted]'s construction company. Since limited spec information was given, [redacted] visited the end user client ...
residence to get color and other information. There was no mention of grids (optional) for this window at any time. Prior to Hurd manufacturing, the window acknowledgement was sent to [redacted] for his company to sign off on. This acknowledgement didn't specify grids and grids were included with the order and price. The window was manufactured, paid for and picked up and only after the fact the grids mentioned. We are enclosing a copy of the confirmation signed by a person at [redacted]'s firm.
As for handles, proper handles accompanied the order.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
The statement by the business is completely false and inaccurate. The response clearly displays how detached NuSash is from its customers, their continuous and blatant attempt to provide deceptive, misleading, and misrepresenting information, and their ongoing tactic of deflecting blame and responsibility. The information they have provided related to this case is not only false, it should be considered deceptive to us, the customer, the Revdex.com and all consumers in which rely upon the information found in these and similar communications and dialogues to choose reputable companies based upon accurate and true information. It is sad that a company such as NuSash can operate freely without being held responsible for their complete lack of accountability in a country my family has fought and sacrificed for so proudly. I will conduct no further communications via this platform. All future communications will be conducted through our attorney, as well as public advocates for Veteran and civilian consumers.
