major moves

The owner of the moving company, "major moves" pulled a major scheme. It started when I hired him to move me. My husband told him we needed an 18 wheeler with trailor or two oversized box trucks with the equivalent sq. Footage and 4 movers. They arrived at 12 pm on a Thursday with one truck and two guys started to move me out. I mentioned that they were staying late, they said they would have me moves out that day. By 2pm the other two guys arrive one in a smaller truck, one in a van. It is not enough sq. footage to get it done acc they need to work on a second day. On the First day, they arrived with half my stuff at the new address and then two guys walked off the job. Now it takes them until 2AM to unload the first day and they charge me overtime. The second day they dont arrive at my pick up address until 2pm and said they had another morning job. They went with two trucks to my old house and picked up and worked to fill them both but, decided they only needed one. some of my belongings were put in the second vehicle and it leaves and goes back too the shop while the first guys finish moving me. I didn't notice missing property until I was unpacking. On Sunday I called the owner. I told me harley parts, music box collection college books, tools, fishing gear, and a bike were missing. I.threatened to contact police, he said he would check with his employees. Minutes later he called me back and said he would come out Monday AM and return the items, which he did. Then, I get a call from my credit card company that he charged me over 7, 000 for the two day move that should have taken 4 men 12 to 14 hours. He charge me for overtime after his business hours on both days. I canceled the credit card and now need to dispute the cost of the move in court. This man is smooth. Beware of overtime, late starts, avg truck mechanical ussues, men leaving the job midmove, and on top of all of this they damaged my dresser, liquor cabinet, book.case, and walls.
