I'm not sure what is going on. We are not refunding moneyThey signed As Is and had the car inspected by a mechanic prior to purchase The customer is late on agreed upon payment arrangements as of today. The car is still in BMW Cincinnati service departmentThe customer authorized the repairs at BMWAs of today, the car is in default payment status. BMW needs paid as well for repairs

Good Afternoon, We spoke with the BMW dealership regarding the complaint. Noone at BMW told them or quoted this expensive repair order. The customer came in and asked that we allow him more time to payoff his car since he had to replace the water pump. We made alternate
arrangements with the customer and they left the dealership. We have not heard from the customer and as of 2/1/18; On 2/2/18; Chris at BMW said they were told by the customer that they wanted the car repaired and they would pick it up and said the customer was pleased that the repairs were not that expensive. I am getting versions of what is exactly going on with the car. In closing, the vehicle was purchased as is and the customer was aware of a series bmw temperament as well as costs involved with repairs. The customer said they didn't care, they wanted this car
