Tree removal. Was made promises that were not .
adhered to. No contract. Demanded cash payment ~ offered no receipt, Did not answer text message
I hired this company to remove a tree from my yard and was told that he provided a solution to kill the roots. He did not. He required cash prior to the end of the job with no receipt offered and left the tree limbs strewn on the property and across the sidewalk into the road overnight. Two weeks later he got a third party to come and grind the stump which has cost me an additional $75.
This man got several other trees to remove from my neighbors with the same shabby treatment.
His assistant also canvassed the neighborhood which is not part of our HoA rules. He told one neighbor that the price was dependent upon him securing business from another neighbor.
We are sick of this man and his stories. In my opinion he is a FRAUD and has not right to bear the Revdex.com logo on his car! We don't want him anywhere NEAR Remington!

MR MAJOR FAILED TO MEET HIS OBLIGATIONS TO COMPLETE THE CUTTING DOWN AND REMOVAL OF TWO TREES FROM MY GARDEN.

I AM A 74 YEAR OLD MAN WITH ADVANCED PARKINSON'S DISEASE, MY WIFE IS 73.

ON FRIDAY, MAY 3RD., MR MAJOR CAME TO MY HOUSE LOOKING FOR WORK TRIMMING TREES.
AFTER A CONVERSATION WITH MY WIFE AND I, WE AGREED TO HAVE TWO TREES CUT DOWN AND ALL OF THE LUMBER TO BE CARTED AWAY FOR A SUM OF $1,250.OO.
HE ARRIVED THE FOLLOWING AFTERNOON WITH TWO MEN AND CHAIN SAW AND COMMENCED WORK.
HE DID NOT SHOW UP ON SUNDAY BUT ARRIVED MONDAY MIDDAY WITH THREE PEOPLE AND A CHAIN SAW BUT NO EQUIPMENT FOR MOVING THE HEAVY LOGS TO THE CURBSIDE PICKUP POINT, USING MY DOLLY AND WHEELBARROW (WHICH DISAPPEARED WHEN THEY LEFT).
AT THE END OF THE DAY THERE WAS A PILE OF BRANCHES AND LOGS AT MY CURBSIDE. A LARGE NUMBER OF BIG LOGS AND BRANCHES IN MY NEIGHBOURS YARD WHERE THEY HAD FALLEN WHEN CUT AND TWO LARGE TREE STUMPS STILL STANDING.
MR MAJOR INSISTED OM BEING ON BEING PAID IN FULL DUE TO AN EMERGENCY HE HAD TO ATTEND TO IN MIAMI, ASSURING US THAT HIS "CREW" WOULD BE BACK ON THURSDAY TO FINISH CLEARING UP AND FAILING THAT, HE WOULD BE BACK ON FRIDAY TO TAKE CARE OF IT.
WELL, THAT DID NOT HAPPEN.
WE STILL HAVE A PILE OF BRANCHES AT CURBSIDE, MY NEIGHBORS YARD IS STILL LITTERED WITH LOGS AND DEBRIS AND I STILL HAVE TWO LARGE TREE STUMPS NEEDING TOBE CUT DOWN.
DESPITE NUMEROUS PHONE CALLS, MR MAJOR HAS NOT RETURNED TO COMPLETE HIS JOB OR CONTACTED ME.

Did a great job with the trees at my house

If it was possible to leave 0 stars I would. This owner is extremely aggressive & verbally abusive to clients & potential clients. He showed up in my driveway and offered to give a quote for tree trimming. When I didn't call him to boom service within 24 hours, he showed up at my house. I was in the driveway with my 3 year old son. He pulled up with 4 men in his truck and began yelling at me for not returning his phone call. I was scared to death. Please, please do NOT use this company! Save yourself the hassle!

Don't use this service unless you like being lied to and plan on supplying him tools to do the job hope you plan on supplying his guys lunch and enjoy them drinking beer on your property and what appeared to be homeless people showing up to help out. he is not ever allowed on my property again and make sure as I did you get his lies in writing I did but he is a liar

Michael spoke to my wife while working a tree trimming project for our neighbor. I spoke with him the next day and was impressed with his professionalism and astute assessment of the tree trimming required to clear our home roof of overhang and potentially damaging tree limbs. Mike's team completed the tree trimming job the following day on time and above my expectations.

This business was great to work with. Anthony pointed out all the problem areas of tree branches that were hanging over the house. He was very knowledgeable about the types of trees and gave his recommendation on what needed to be done. He was flexible, and offered a fair price. His team worked hard and got the job done and cleaned up the debris afterwards. He helped us get ready for hurricane season so our house is no longer threatened by falling tree branches. He is a local resident of St Cloud and has been established there for over 17 years. He keeps his word and is a trustworthy person.

Mike was doing another tree job in my neighborhood when my wife asked him to look at our trees including a bird of paradise tree. Not only he do a great job on the paradise tree but his team gave my palm a "hurricane cut" and cut back my Craig myrtle tree. All this work for a very reasonable price too and fast. He also helped with the debris removal. I wish I could post the before and after pics of the Bird of Paradise Tree. Its Beautiful!!! We were going to cut it down and get rid of it.

Very kind gentlemen knocked on the door today to see if we were in need of tree trimming services...he took time with the homeowner, explained what services he could provide, offered his advice, and a fair price for his company services. His crew was available to start immediately. They worked very hard to take care of our tree trimming job that was long overdue. The crew cleaned up the debris in an orderly fashion. The homeowner was very satisfied with their services.

. Mike M behaves as if he knows what he's doing but he does not. The work started out fine but the situation quickly became uncomfortable. The lack of safety equipment was my first concern and when I asked him about this Mike must of mistaken my concern for a personally invitation began discussing my appearance and about his personal preferences for women and relationships, I was immediately uncomfortable. My next door neighbor was out so I used the opportunity to walk away and speak with her. Upon my return, Mike bellows that he is done. I questioned him about the fact that he didn't do what we discussed and he instantly became rude, aggressive and demanding, a basic bully. At that point he was asked to finish the work and walked away, he and his crew left without completing the job. He returned two days later demanding the balance of the payment. At that point he was asked to finish the work or given the option to leave and accept what he'd already been paid. He became irate and irrational while yelling, making personal accusations and threatening. Frankly, he was scary at that point. Do not hire this man, he is highly suspect and unprofessional. BEWARE!

DO NOT USE THIS MAN!!! He is rude, demanding and disrespectful. He's all nice until he gets the job and then WHAM.... what an attitude!! Yelled at me on the phone that he needed his money to pay his guys.....He knew I was at work and couldn't do that..... WOW!! Lesson learned!!
