My insurance coverage for a cpap is rental for months, and then to purchase the machineI met my deductible with my insurance in May 2015, before the purchase of my CPAPPurchase price for this particular CPAP machine was $1800, according to what my
insurance was told by Majors MedicalWebTPA said they pay up to purchase price for the machine
If you take the month rental fees of $75.96/month that the insurance paid = $
Then subtract $227.88(rental for months) from $1614.15(insurance) = $
Insurance would have paid the balance for the machine except the 10% of my responsible amount
On May 8, 2015, I paid out of pocket $to Majors Medical(Which would have been very close to the amount that I would of owed out of pocket after the insurance paid)
However, instead Majors Medical billed a rental fee since May The reason why the insurance company was reporting that Majors Medical was out of network, was due to Majors Medical was billing incorrectly with the wrong Tax Bill IDThen in April they released the claims back from Sept 8th thru March Saying I owed hundreds of dollars
The detailed customer account statement that I was sent in July 2016, did not list where I had paid the in May Or any other payments that I made through thereAlso the billing department made an adjustment on the June billing and took that off
I feel that the company needs to go back and refigure the machineThey should be billing my insurance company for a purchase in 2015, and refund the money that I paid out of pocket
I have called the company several times, and have not been able to make contact with the ManagerI received one phone call back, out of that I have madeHe does not make any attempt to continue to contact me to resolve this to make it correct

My Physician faxed a prescription for a lift chair, unable to reach by phone, left numerous messages with no response, went by store , someone was there during business hours, doors locked, and no response to knock on the door and calls. I feel they should change there message or put up a note to notify the public. Need prescription or response, as to I am having surgery October 29, 2015. [redacted] ###-###-####. Thanks !

I have being trying to reach them even went to the store and no one there, no information to the public and they have questions to answer.
