I purchased a membership through this website to help me with school. When purchasing a box showed ($9.95 a month) under this impression I bought the after mentioned membership with intentions to try out this program. Below the box it said I can cancel at anytime. So with this I bought the membership and I was charged $112.15 roughly. I emailed the company asking for a refund and why was I charged so much. I furthermore explained this is an unexpected cost and I lost my job to COVID-19 and I cant afford this. I asked for a partial refund they denied it. I contacted them less than 12 hours of having the membership because I was not satisfied with the content l.
Refund If possible, I would like for them to give my money back or even 80 percent would be okay. This was put in my credit card and I do not know how I am going to pay it by the end of the month it's very stressful. Their company also said they do not provide refunds.
