Review: THE CAR HE SOLD ME WAS NOT WORKING AT ALL HE TOOK IT TO BE FIXED AT LEAST FOUR TIMES THE CAR WAS LEAKING AND SMOKING. YET HE SOLD IT TO ME WITHOUT ANY REMORSE. HE IS SUCH A BAD MARK ON CAR DEALERS EVERYWHERE. HIS BUSINESS IS ON [redacted] RIGHT BEFORE YOU COME UNDER THE PASS WAY ON [redacted] HIS SIGN NOW SAYS THAT HE IS A TIRER BUSINESS SAVE YOUR SELF FROM THIS MAN HE WILL SELL YOU A CAR THAT DOES NOT WORK AND THEN LOL. SOMEBODY SHOULD STOP HIM LIKE THE ATTORNEY GENERAL OR PUBLIC ADVOCATE SOMEONE SHOULD CARE THAT HE IS STEALING POOR PEOPLE MONEY. IF HE WAS IN ANOTHER NEIGHBORHOOD HE WOULD BE GONE. DONT EVER SIGN A PAPER WITHOUT EVERY LINE FILLED IN. AND DO NOT GET A SERVICE CONTRACT ON A CAR THAT IS OVER 7 YEARS OLD REFUSE IT OR RUN RUN RUN AS FAST AS YOU CANDesired Settlement: I WANT THIS MAN TO LET ME OUT OF THIS CONTRACT AND GIVE ME MY MONY BACK. HE SOLD ,ME A CAR THAT HE KNEW DID NOT WORK. IT WAS TAKEN TO HIS SO CALLED MICHANIC AT LEAST FOUR TIMES AND NOTHING WAS DONE AT ALL. I DID NOT WANT OT TAKE THE CAR OUT I WANTED HIM TO RESOLVE THIS CONTRACT AND GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK. I REAC SOME OF THE OTHER CONPLIANTS AND REALIZE THAT HE DOES THIS TO ALL OR MOST OF HIS CUSTMERS WHY IS HE ABLE TO GET AWAY WITH THIS. IT SEEMS LIKE SOME AGENCY SHOULD LOOK INTO THIS MATTER.

Review: I BROUGHT THE VEHICLE ON MAY * 2013. I PUT DOWN $ 2,500.00 AND FINANCE THE REST. THE VEHICLE PRICE WAS $9,500.00. THEY CHARGE ME $10,000.00 ON PAPER WITHOUT MY KNOWLEGE. THEY TOLD ME EVERYTHING THAT WAS WRONG WITH THE VEHICLE THEY WILL FIX BEFORE I PICK IT UP. AFTER, THEY GOT MY MONEY THEY CHANGE ! I DIDNT PICK UP THE VEHICLE FOR 2 WEEKS LATER BECAUSE OF THEM AND NOTHING WAS FIX! IVE BEEN SUFFERING FOR 4 MONTHS. I CANT DRIVE IT BECAUSE THEY NEVER FIX ANY OF THE PROBLEMS WITH IT. EVERY MONTH I HAD TO GO THERE SO THEY CAN CHANGE THE DATE ON THE TEMP. REGISTRATION. I WENT TO MOTOR VEHICLE AND THEY SAID THEY NEVER REGISTERED IT AND NOTHING I CAN DO. I JUST GOT THE REGISTRATION ON 09-**-13. COMPLAINT#1 THEY TOLD ME ONE PRICE AND CHARGE ME A HIGHER PRICE ON PAPER. #2 THEY CHARGE ME FOR A EXTENDED WARRANTY FOR $2,130.00 WITHOUT MY CONSENT. #3 THE NEVER FIX THE PROBLEMS ON THE VEHICLE. THEY BEEN TELLING THEY GOING TO DO IT AND HAVE NOT DONE SO! #4 THEY FORGE MY INTITIALS ON THE ''RETAIL INSTALMENT CONTRACT''. NO BRAKES ON THE VEHICLE ! NO AIR BAG ON PASSAGER SIDE. THE SUN ROOF LEAKS AND ETC... THE REASON I NEVER KNEW THEY PUT THE WRONG DATE ON THE ON THE PAPERS , THEY FORGE MY INITIALSON THE PAPERS AND OVER CHARGE ME FOR THIS VEHICLE IS BECAUSE THEY NEVER GIVE ME A COPY OF THE PAPER WORK. THEY SAID THE FINANCE COMPANY WILL SEND ME A COPY. I HAD TO CALL THE FINANCED COPY TO GET A COPY OF THE PAPER WORK.Desired Settlement: I WANT A REFUND OR EXCHANGE OF VEHICLE.

I find the majority of [redacted]'s accusations unwarranted. Along with this fax please note the 5 page contract signed by [redacted]. It is clear that this is her signature a nd the price of

$10,000 is also clear on the contract. There is also another signed contract by [redacted] for the service contract. To say that [redacted] was unaware of either the price of the vehicle or the extended warranty would indicate that she signed 6 pages all pertaining to the deal (this includes the price of vehicle and warranty} without reading any of these pages.

At the time of purchase [redacted]'s vehicle had 168,712 miles. In accordance with the N.Y.S. DMV the vehicle passed both the safety and emissions inspection with no trouble. In accordance with the N.Y.S. lemon law the vehicle was sold road ready and safe.

The vehicle was not immediately released at the signing of the contract because the vehicle was getting tuned u p and inspected.

In reference to the delay in registration of the vehicle. At that time we in our em ploy a title clerk, who due to reasons like this is no longer in our em ploy. We did apologize for the inconvenience.
