I had a positive experience with [redacted] Roofing replacing my roof from the July hailstorm [redacted] the owner was very helpful during the insurance claim process The roofing crew showed up on time and worked diligently for days I had some specific requests in the replacement of my roof that [redacted] roofing completed to my satisfaction There were some minor issues I discovered once the roof was completed, however I contacted [redacted] and he had the issues repaired the next dayI would use MAK Roofing again

My first experience was a leak in my tile roofI called for an estimate, he was here at the exact time, explained in detai what would be done He took photos as the work progressed verifying that it was as he explained Good experience! I recommended MAK to neighbor, they were pleased, and while there I asked him to check my patio cover...he took photos, roof had lots of cracks, I had them put new roof Good experienceLater found a small problem...they fixed at no costHe warantees the work I have recommended MAK roofing many times They are very professional!

My roof was completed in a timely manner but dissatisfied with the serviceAfter they were completed, I called first so they can come pick up all the nails that were in my back yard due to my kids safetyIt took them one week to show up to my residenceThen, it failed inspection due to nails being exposed and etcMany of the shingles were damaged when they were placed on my roof and was told its cosmeticIt took them days to replace my roof and an additional weeks to repair all the damages to pass the city inspection and to meet my expectationsOverall, I would not recommend Mak Roofing & Construction to anyoneTake your time and shop around

We just had our roof replaced and repaired ,as well as, interior water stains repaired caused by the June intense hail and rain storm, by MAK Roofing & Construction Having our repairs done and dealing with Felix Viszarretta as the MAK coordinator and his roofing crew, proved to be a professional, friendly, couritious business relationshipWe would highly recommend MAK services

After hail storm, we had water running into bedroom making a large ceiling whole. MAK has a complete staff that took care of everything: interior ceiling, sheetrock replace, and painted; exterior shingles on slopped roof and foam on flat roof; repaired stucco; replaced pergola netting with metal sheets; and added gutters. The employees are polite and answered all our questions. The owner took over the project, met with the insurance adjuster, scheduled work, and made it a point to frequently stop-by and call us to check on progress and make sure we were satisfied. I highly recommend MAK Roofing and Construction.
