Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: While I understand that the *** *** "experience" may be overwhelming for new businesses, I cannot accept the unprofessional behavior. *** *** has advised me that they counsel vendors to be prepared for an extremely high response especially for "cleaning services". This vendor not once, but twice booked a date, more than a month in advance and didnt show up, even after I spoke to Tamika myself and she assured me that it wouldn't happen a second time--and then it did! As an owner of small businesses and a new mom myself, I know that time can easily slip away from you, and reliable, responsible employees are hard to find, but the excuse of blaming others when you are the one who I spoke to personally on the phone and gave me your personal assurance, is unacceptable. In addition to speaking to Tamika myself, I sent many, many emails. To date none of the emails have been answered, nor have any phone calls to reschedule or offer an apology been received. The website they have set up does not work. I have tried several times to schedule a date for service and it does not allow you to book a date. There is a feature on the website that allows you to ask for someone to contact you regarding services and be put on a "wait list". I have signed up several times in the past few months and have NEVER been contacted. If Tamika was so sorry for the inconvenience she caused me two times, including having to take of two days from work WITHOUT PAY so I could be home for her to come and then she didnt, she would have made good by now. She would have contacted me personally and made SURE the work got done. There has been no attempt on her part to honor the voucher or her promises. Her statement lacks resolution for me since she is doing nothing to resolve the outstanding issue which would be to honor the voucher. The responsibility of a business owner large or small, is to gain the confidence of their customers in order to build and retain a solid, content, customer base. Businesses who do not promote this, go out of business. I'm still waiting for Tamika to build ours
Kind Regards,

Review: I contracted this business to provide cleaning services through a 3rd party where payment is required upfront. Initially, I emailed them on May 30th for a booking date of June 27th @ 12 noon--almost a month in advance. I had to send the request 5 times before they responded. When they finally got around to responding, their email said "please send address to determine best available time". what does the address have to do with the date/time I requested? I sent the information they requested, even though it had nothing to do with the scheduling EXACTLY 5 minutes after their "address" request (I have the emails). After that it took 12 more emails & another week for them to answer me back with a confirmation of the date & time--but they did confirm the date of June 27th @ 12 noon. When June 27th came, no one showed! I waited 1/2 an hour & then emailed them--no response. I then proceeded to call Tamika & she kept hanging up on me as soon as I said my name. She finally picked up & didnt hang up because I wouldnt stop calling. She said there had been a scheduling mistake & she was very sorry. She said they would like to make it up to me with a free cleaning. Against my better judgement, I booked another date for July 29th--more than a month in advance to allow a chance for them to make good on their promise & give them the benefit of the doubt. Tamika confirmed it by email on July 3rd. On July 23rd, I sent a reminder email about the scheduled services on the 29th & once again Tamika confirmed by email on July 27th @ 6:52pm, that she had the address. On the 29th, NO ONE SHOWED UP AGAIN! I do not think this is a legitimate business. I think this is run out of someone's house & is a scam! This is completely unprofessional behavior & you should warn anyone who contacts you about "make a house a home" that they are frauds! On their website, they say that they require a 24 hour cancellation notice for a refund what about when they dont show up? They didnt give 24 hours notice that they werent coming!Desired Settlement: required response from the vendor

Also, since I had to take off of work 2 days to be available when this vendor didnt show, I would like to be reimbursed for my wage losses.

Response:

I would like the company to fulfill the terms of the contract and supply the cleaning services as purchased or explain why they cant & refund the purchase amount.
