Review: Stated and charged for services they said my kids needed for cavaties that another dental office did not find.
My two daughters began going to make a smile for regular dental services ([redacted] 10 and [redacted] 8). [redacted] never had cavities until we started make a smile. Every time we went she was told that she had cavities.. This last time we were told that [redacted] had 5 cavities and I had 2 done and 3 more to do. [redacted] was told that she had 3 cavities and 2 were filled and one more to do. Because I thought there services were expensive even with insurance I changed their dentist. They are now being seen by my dentist. During there check up, I was told that both of them were cavity free. This leads me to believe that make a smile is claiming and charging for unnecessary procedures and exposing my children to unnecessary visits. This is infuriating.Desired Settlement: I really don't care about the settlement but I am more concerned with their illegal practice. If I can, I would appreciate all the money back for the supposed fillings that they did. I would also like copies of their files.

The complaint filed with the Revdex.com has been directly resolved with Mrs. [redacted].Due to HIPPA regulations we are unable to discuss confidential information regarding patients.
Consumer's Final Response
Consumer states they only offered hostility in their tone saying they do not make-up issues, and then they offered to refund me for the last two treatments.
Business' Final Response
A refund was sent to the consumer on 07/09/13.
