Hello,I just received the email regarding ***'s response to our complaintShe stated that the wedding date changed without notice, however, that is completely untrueShe did not document the date on the contractShe is acting like this is not her faultShe hired someone who was and is completely not qualified to perform as a wedding coordinatorAdditionally, she stated that she was there the day before the wedding to personally set upAgain, this is completely FALSE! If she set up the venue as she claimed then why did my wife call her the day of the wedding to tell her that her replacement wasn't doing anything and had no idea what to do The replacement asked an year old boy to assist her as well as constantly hounded me personally about where to set things up Additionally, family members had to step in and set up several things, the cake stand arrangement, the smore's bar, the gifts for the guestsThe person she had at the site on the day of the wedding did absolutely NOTHING!!!!! *** did not set up anything the day before the wedding*** came and dropped the dishes off from [redacted] as well as set up linens on the table, that was it!!! Nothing within the contract was provided! Sara stated that she brought the knives, forks, etc and that the bride and the party was responsible for wrapping the silverware up and that we responsible for making sure everything else got done and back to them If she tracked hours I would love to see what those hours entail; because she did nothing! She came to my daughter's house and met with my daughter approximately 3-times and that was itShe did not fulfill her contract at all!!! If you consider this resolved you are incorrectI personally cannot believe that you are willing to accept her explanationI have several people that can attest to what was done the day before as well as the day of my daughter's wedding[redacted] ***
