Customer states in complaint the device he purchased was an [redacted], paying $99. However, he presented the salesperson with a broken [redacted] unit, approximately $25 retail. He also had no proof of purchase that it was from our company. All of our products are quality control checked upon delivery to ensure it is working properly when the customer makes their purchase. Our return policy is posted in the front of the store which clearly states no returns on electronic cigarettes. This same letter will be sent to you tomorrow, signature required.
