Then four months later, she calls and wants us to make the gate swing the other way and something about she cannot cover her water spicket. Four months later? I explained that we installed everything as it was like she wanted. She then started having her brother and other people call to complain. So much for helping someone out. Anyways after the complaint was filed, I grudgingly sent a crew there and fixed her problems. Please take note of this customer if she decides to complain again. Thank you for notifying me. This guy is know trying to say his company will not cover the repairs, I'm looking at the receipt and if his 5 year warranty on all workmanship wasn't covered he should have written it on the receipt regarding line items not covered since it a panel fence that's not on any receipts. He also did not cross out the 5 year warranty that would not be cover, he did not tell my husband anything like that. My husband would never had agreed to pay him or anyone $2362.50 for a fence without a warranty. Please see the attached bill. The construction company behind out house had done nothing to cause this problem. We have pickets facing the street that's coming off, my back fence is loose because the required poleis coming out of the ground. This case is not over,
